Pros:

Lokacija odlicna, smjestaj topao,cist.Pogled na Istiklal ulicu. Sve je blizu. Metro, kompletan prevoz.Aerodromski autobus na pjesackoj udaljenosti otprilike 5-6 minuta pjeske. Sve u svemu odlicno iskustvo i sa smjestajem i sa osobljem.Srdacan pozdrav za Sentire hotel!!!❤️

Pros:

Великолепные апартаменты в центре Истекляля! Нам предоставили бесплатный апгрейд - самый верхний номер выходящий на две стороны. Под нами с пятого этажа текла суетливая, главная пешеходная улица этого мегаполиса. Можно бесконечно стоять и наблюдать за жизнью этой бессмертной улицы! Это можно сравнить с балконом на московском Арбате или на Бурбон стрит в Новом Орлеане. Внутри максимальный комфорт, к примеру: не просто стиральная машина, но и сушилка. Очень комфортная кровать, великолепный выбор подушек. На кухне есть все необходимое, плюс расходные материалы в виде кофейных капсул, пакетиков чая и растворимого кофе.
Персонал заслуживает отдельного упоминания - ребята наверное закончили высшую академию гостеприимства: владеют множеством языков, предупреждают каждое желание, как будто мысли читают. В мгновение ока вызвали нам такси в аэропорт, донесли всю нашу кучу багажа, загрузили в такси и убедились в нашей безопасной поездке в аэропорт. Когда снова будем в Стамбуле, обязательно снова остановимся там.

Tolle Location, sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Großartige Location und ein toller Ausgangspunkt um die ganze Stadt zu erkunden. Ich hatte ein Studio mit Balkon, und dieser war direkt an der berühmten Istiklal Caddesi gelegen. Gäste, die ab 22 Uhr absolute Ruhe wünschen, sollten sich ein anderes Zimmer geben lassen. Aber ich fand es einfach nur grandios. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreicht man dutzende Restaurants, Supermärkte, hochwertige Geschäfte und die Metro. Das Zimmer war geräumig, modern und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet, das Badezimmer neuwertig und alles sehr sauber. Es gab außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum (Schränke + Kleiderkammer). Täglich bekam ich kostenlos eine Flasche Wasser und etwas Kaffee. Der Zugang zu den oberen Etagen ist nur mit Zimmerkarte möglich und die Rezeption ist 24/7 besetzt, Dadurch habe ich mich auch in dieser belebten Umgebung stets sicher gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus hilfsbereite und freundliche Personal. Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im House Keeping machen alle einen super Job und haben maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass ich einen schönen Aufenthalt hatte. Vielen Dank dafür!

Cons:

Man sollte die Beschreibung auf Booking.com anpassen. Beispielsweise gibt es laut Beschreibung einen Fitness-Raum, der aber (nicht mehr) vorhanden ist. In der Küchenzeile gab es zwar ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Aber es gab keinen Kochtopf und keine Pfanne, so dass die Herdplatte nicht genutzt werden konnte. Außerdem gab es keine Hotel-Slipper, was normalerweise in Hotels dieser Kategorie Standard ist. Ich möchte aber betonen, dass das Kleinigkeiten sind und meine Freude an diesem Urlaub nicht gemindert haben.

Nice location but old facilities
Pros:

The location is very close to metro and bunch of bus. Really center of Istanbul. It’s easy to go to anywhere. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was well decorated with a taste.

Cons:

The sound proof was quite poor. The facilities are a bit old. 6th floor is not accessible with elevators. The staff had to help us carrying the luggage up and down. The toilet constantly smell like drain and the waterproofing of the shower was very poor. It’s also a bit a pity that we had two terraces with our room but both views are very blocked.

Extremely Pleasant Environment and People.
Pros:

We just finished a fantastic 10-night stay at Sentire. The location on İstiklal Caddesi is amazing; the streets are incredibly lively until midnight and beyond, which we loved. Despite the constant buzz outside, the soundproofing in our unit was excellent, and we weren't disturbed at all.

​Why We Highly Recommend It:
​- Ferhat (Reception): Exceptionally professional and helpful. He gave us perfect local advice on where to go and how to get there.
​- Gurkan (Doorman): Always smiling and extremely helpful. He consistently assisted delivery drivers to ensure our orders reached our door.
- ​The Team: You can feel their genuine care. They are smart, efficient, and "think fast". Conversations are straight to the point yet always polite.

​If you want to be in the heart of the action while still getting a quiet night's sleep, this is the place.

Worst stay ever! Water was dirty for 4 days, struggled to stay.

Cons:

Staying in this hotel was very difficult as there wasn’t clean water for 4 days. Water is a basic necessity and required for everyday use.

From the moment we entered our two apartment rooms there was a strong stench in one of the rooms. We noticed that the water from the bathroom sink,shower and kitchen tap was yellow/brown🤢We was given a 20 litre drum of water to use between the 4 of us for 4 days. We had to buy water bottles from the local shop throughout the 4 days. We struggled to have a shower (had to use bottled water that we bought from the shops).

The team at sentire hotel did apologise for the inconvenience however they were unable to provide a adequate solution and denied our request to give extra water despite knowing that we only had one 20 litre drum to use to have a shower, drink water, make food, use the toilet and brush our teeth’s for 4 of us, which did not suffice at all.

We paid £800 for 4 days and didn’t even have the basic necessity of clean water. The least you expect for a 5 star hotel is clean water and a non smelling room.
