Bồn tắm mất nắp đậy.
Phòng cách âm k tốt, buổi sáng khách sạn rất ồn, tiếng đóng mở cửa ầm ầm và liên tục.
Lễ tân 10h đã gọi hỏi trả phòng và chưa đến 12h nhưng gọi thêm nhiều lần, 11r đã gõ cửa phòng có lẽ các phòng khác cũng bị gọi như vậy vì ở trong phòng vẫn nghe rõ chuông đt từ các phòng khác.
Hệ thống wifi kém
Tivi trong phòng cứ bật lên lại báo k kết nối dc mạng nên hầu như k dùng dc, tivi đang xem dc tầm 30s lại mất kết nối rất khó chịu.
Ks qc có hồ bơi và phòng tập nhưng hồ bơi rất bẩn, k vệ sinh, k thể bơi. K có phòng tập, chỉ có 1 máy đạp đã hỏng
Phòng ốc khá ok so với giá tiền nhưng cần cải thiện về sự thoải mái của khách hàng.

Perfect spot close to the bus terminal
Pros:

A huge apartment suite with all facilities working well. Excellent water pressure in the shower, good modern AC, and a comfortable bed. The room is quiet - we didn’t hear any traffic noise at all. Staff at reception were very helpful and even let us use the printer for printing visas for our flight. The location is close to one of Hanoi’s bus terminals, which is why we used it, and it is a very comfortable overnight stop if you are planning onward journeys - it was a quick journey to the airport, too.

Cons:

Not much! We only stayed one night as we were travelling the next day. If you’re a tourist: the location perfect for transit but if you’re looking for a base to explore Hanoi, you should go closer to the Old Quarter. The surrounding area is nice but it’s more for businesses and students.
