I have taken screenshots , where it’s clearly mentioned that on the booking.com checkin at 11:30 and checkout at 11,30 same , but the person at reception told us with his arrogance that he is slipping and he can’t make room at 9:00am as we reached there around 9:00 am and denied us check in by saying that ‘nhi h room , 1 baje tk nhi milege , we literally slept on sofa till 1:00pm . After that the TV in the room , was not working at all we complained thrice all i got to hear yhi hai jo h recharge nhi h malik ko bola h wo dekhega . Baki me kya kru . Jo uski mrzi’ then after that it’s a never ending challenge the WiFi doesn’t works at all. I complained him hut instead for us the staff has connected their personal gadgets on wifi out of which it was not letting us get connected to wifi .i told him again n again we need wifi and he talked back rudely ‘mai kya kru malik ko bol rkha h wo dekhega . Mera to chlra h . Kis bat ka akad hai bhai . 1 bje checkin hua lekin abhi tk check in show nhi kra hai reservation pese le liye sare 2520 rupe . After this , we ordered food in room and asked for 8 roti and bhindi sbji , bhindi was uncooked , but we didn’t said anything at checkout they harassed us and usked us 2400 for this shit , but actually the total bill for food was 717 rupees . I need my money back it’s fraud and scam. They are scamming i want my refund

The room, bathroom and the roof top .The stay was extremely comfortable, and the caretakers were very helpful, caring, and humble. We booked the family room, which was lovely, and the bathrooms were also great.
