Kamer kon schoner zelf maar schoongemaakt personeel geleerd hoe ze het kondeb doen en ben gewend iedere dag andere handdoeken.hotel was aan renovatie toe en zeker zwembad voet open gehaald aan bodem stukje tegel er in ,wel werdt ik gelijk goed geholpen. Er was vaak geen personeel aanwezig ivm veiligheid vind ik dit slecht want kon zo naar binnen lopen er was namelijk ook geen kluis voor je geld papieren

Staff hard to find, pool area needs some repair with broken tiles. no water replaced in the room and the tables seating area often had rubish on the tables

The air conditioner was upstairs in the bedroom above the stair well and didn't effectively cool downstairs. Rusted fitting in the bathroom

It is set off a main road. Could be a bit noisy at night, with music.

On arrival I had to request to have my room swept out - from then on it was great. Nothing was too difficult.

Steps were a little dangerous and steep to my room. No restaurant or room service option but restaurants close by

The accommodation was dangerous, the stairs are more like a ladder and not good for most people. Bedroom upstairs, bathroom downstairs, so dangerous going to the bathroom during the night. Room 2 the shower was just about over the toilet, so the toliet paper was constantly wet. There were 2 nightclubs across the Rd, which ran from 5.00pm until 4.00am, every day, and were very, very loud. We had to buy ear plugs and that didn't block the noise but muffled a little bit. 1 staff member, did nothing on his shift, he went from empty room, to empty room and slept on the couch watching TV for hours each day. The other 2 at least cleaned. Very disappointed and the pictures online are deceitful as it looks like they have taken the good picks from a few rooms, and you think you are getting a room with a bit of room. But we had to use the low line couch to put our cases on, as nowhere to put clothes or cases.

Needed to ask staff to do anything i.e clean or service room, supply toilet paper, supply fresh towels. Given two small bottles of water on day one then nothing, bought our own. Only one worn out pillow each. Didn’t even have extras, had to get cushions from pool area. Included breakfast very minimal, not worth the price. No restaurant or dining area, ate meals in room. Used plates and rubbish stayed outside for most of the day.

They did not clean the room during my stay, maybe I should have asked for it, but it seems not a habit to do it automatically

The people try to do their best they can but, no hello drink, no towels in the bathroom, no swimming towels, breakfast is a discussion to order (the menu card says different) The kitchen is a drama and yes you can order Mexican food. This is from a restaurant from across the street. Also the night staff lets in his own friends who stay in the tourist pool for many hours, ridiculous.
We booked for 2 nights and the first night we couldn't sleep at all because of the bar across the street who went on with extreme loud music till 3.30am. Next morning we checked out and no refund or what's so ever. The staff agreed with our complains so this was not the first time. It's ridiculous that Neo Bintang is on booking.com

Unfortunately lots of loud music and noise til early hours of the morning from the bar across the road. Just some little improvements on attention to detail, coffe cups provided but no kettle or coffee/tea provisions. A small fan in downstairs sitting area would be an improvement. Pool towels should be provided in room. Daily water or self serve water would be appreciated by guests. Juice for breakfast was orange juice however we got warm thick mango juice. We personally didn't enjoy the basic breakfast but plenty close by to try.
