Not as described no facilities and isolated

Comfy bed and good for dogs as doors straight to outside

Cons:

The photos showed a restaurant but the pub has been closed for more than a year, not in the details when booking. They are meant to text you a code for the key safe, they didn’t do this and when calling them they said this over the phone and didn’t message so not saved anywhere: they detail a coffee machine and wine/champagne for guests but there was none in the room and when messaging them we were ignored. There was nothing open nearby, we were expecting to eat and drink in the pub but it is closed down. If we had not had a car with us this would be more expense to go to a shop. The closed down pub we’re using chainsaws on one of the trees at nearly 11pm at night. We ordered uber eats and a woman from the closed down pub intercepted my delivery and started questioning the driver about who he was delivering to. When we complained to booking com after no response from the accommodation they failed to respond or agreed to do anything to resolve with booking com. It’s not worth the money paid for it’s nothing more than a very basic air bnb

We should have had a code beforehand to open the keysafe but that didn't get sent to us. A minor inconvenience as when I rang up I was given the code.

The room was very clean, modern. Very good.

Cons:

Description!!!!!! Advertised with picture inside the pub - it’s been shut since Jan 2025!!!!!!! Nothing in description, just 5 rooms behind a closed pub, false advertisement. Gave 5* as the accommodation is good, there is NO WHERE CLISE TO EAT.
Would never had stayed had I known pub was closed.

Room was modern in decoration and very spacious with plenty of facilities such as shower, kettle, hair dryer and tv

Cons:

The car park is very dark and it is not disclosed that the pub is closed down, upon arrival there was nobody there to speak to just a number to call. It was okay for what it was
