My stay was very pleasurable.
Pros:

It’s convenient location

The place was stacked with drinks and pantry necessities. That was convenient.

Host is very accommodating.

Cons:

Haha traffic. Too much congestion
Also it would have been nice to get toilet paper supplies. I got one roll for the whole week.

Pros:

The staff were exceptional and friendly. The host was very nice and responsive

Cons:

The elevators were a little sketchy, and at one point, we were down to only one out of two being operational. The garbage room smelled bad

It was definitely a memorable and amazing place to stay.
Pros:

What I liked the most about the property is the vibe and how close it was to SM Novaliches; made it so convenient for my partner and I to buy groceries and anything that we might need.

Cons:

I didn’t have anything that I disliked, but I think a more comfortable bed will be better for the next tenants or visitors.

Everything you need!
Pros:

First of all, this is the very first time I booked a staycation/hotel/condotel where I'm very surprised because this one has exceeded my expectations. This is a staycation in heaven. It is a staycation where everything you need is there. Literally a place where you can stay for years and every necessity you need to live day to day is there. A kitchen with many utensils and cooking stuffs, a bathroom with shampoo/soap dispenser and a washing machine inside, and not to mention the perfect living room with a big flat smart screen tv with controller and with a massage chair. It is definitely worth the price.

Cons:

There's no parking in front of the building since it's residents parking only. You will have to park at the SM. Living room window view is a wall and bedroom window view is other towers. The pool could use a bit of cleaning.
