Staff eccellente e preparato, buona attitudine al problem solving, simpatici e professionali.
Hotel magnifico, upgrade in suite e aperitivo top.
Una menzione speciale a Micol, cortese simpatica e accogliente (spero di aver ricordato bene il nome).

Great choice in the city
Pros:

The staff was super nice and helpful!
The hotel is a little old, but charming. The room was comfortable and relatively spacious. Parking was nice and comfortable. Public transportation is right outside the hotel door.

The lobby area is beautiful and decorated with extraordinary style and comfortable sitting areas.

Concerto a San Siro
Pros:

L’hotel è molto grande e spazioso, fornito di tutti i comfort, elegante e in una posizione ottima per chi si sposta per un concerto a San Siro. Il personale è molto gentile e preparato, ognuno per la sua parte. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato proposto gratuitamente anche un upgrade di stanza e un gelato in omaggio (molto gradito post concerto!). Camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione super! Consiglio

Gentilezza e ospitalità all’ennesima potenza
Pros:

Avevamo scelto l’Hotel perché attratti dalle recensioni positive riguardanti la colazione e infatti si è dimostrata eccezionale. Ma il vero punto di forza secondo me è l’accoglienza al check-in. Caramelle, gelatine, marshmallow, acqua aromatizzata ghiacciata e persino gelati. Secondo me il miglior check-in in Italia.

Cons:

in the height of the unprecedented heatwave guests are expected to buy water at 3 euro a bottle. Surely a hotel like this can have a free water dispenser 24 hours either in the lobby or on a floor in the corridor or provide 2 bottles per room each day.

In Asia water is given complimentary. Europe needs to catch up.
