Beautiful surroundings, excellent accomodation and lovely food what else can we say!
Pros:

The location was lovely the room was beautiful and very well designed the en-suite was also well designed and the colours were restfull. The food was very good and the service excellent. We liked how the staff were dressed.
All areas flowed well and were decorated beautifully.
The outside areas were equally well thought out and it was nice to walk to the pond and see the ducks and moorhens.

Cons:

We did not have any negative views everthing was very cleverly thought out.

Fantastic would definitely return for a great stay
Pros:

Beautiful rooms, great decor, loved the family room perfect for us and kids. Didn't hear anyone in the other rooms so it was nice and quiet. Everything was really clean which was great. Staff were very attentive at meal times and the breakfast was amazing. Would love to have stayed longer.

Cons:

Bathroom didn't smell amazing first day, but smell was totally gone after the room was cleaned the 2nd day. Not a fan of 2in1 Shampoo and some face cloths are needed, other room amenities are fantastic bathroom just seemed to lack essentials.

Nice evening meal, but room problem did spoil our stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, quite basic for the price you pay. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Cons:

We chose the pole barn rooms as had outdoor space but when we used the modern wet room! shower it flooded into the hall area so we had to be moved to another room in the main building which was ok but very dark & wouldn't have stayed in that room by choice. I feel disappointed as the room we chose wasnt what we got. Also the coat hangers in both rooms were very high up, Im 5.4 & found it hard to reach.

Nice. Stayed twice now but will probably travel to other venue for evening meal.
Pros:

Excellent

Cons:

Pricey evening meals in Orangey. Longist waits between course. Ordered the chesse platter which supposed to have 4 different cheeses - only 3 different cheeses arrived. Waitress had to go back to kitchen to retrieve the 4th variety.

Pros:

The rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable. Finally, a room for two people with TWO chairs to sit on. The staff were attentive and friendly. It made me wish we were staying longer there.

Great location for all the places we visited
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, staff fantastic.

Cons:

Noise every night coming from fan/air conditioning or large extractor outside bedroom window. Too warm in room to keep windows shut.

A "White Lotus" experience!
Pros:

The grounds are lovely. So interesting to walk around and explore. The decor in the hotel is unique and beautiful. Different themes in different areas. Food is really delicious. Beautifully prepared and presented. The staff are very polite and professional. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable. The area is quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

We had room 102. Beautiful room, but the bathroom had no bath, and I love a soak after a full day of walking and exploring. Thats my only disappointment. The bathroom, however, was very accessible for those who might need it. Very tastefully done. High quality fittings.

Had a nice stay, the hotel is stunning, the staff were all polite and welcoming. Was disappointed to be charged for brea
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Our room was a suite and it was beautiful and very comfortable. We had an excellent sleep.

Cons:

Paid £274 for a suite bed & breakfast and was charged £8 extra supplement for a smashed avocado & poached egg on toast which was on the menu, £4 charge for the egg & £4 charge for the avocado. We assumed the hot food menu was included in our bed & breakfast deal as it usually is in most places. Air conditioning wasn’t cold enough the room was quite stuffy, a fan in the room would have helped. there was a small fridge in the wardrobe but it want switched on. Would prefer Fresh milk in the room for the tea and coffee facilities
