Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la posizione: 20 min a piedi fino alla stazione e il centro. In alternativa facile raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici.
Mi è piaciuta l’atmosfera, il decoro.
La stanza era molto piccola, però dotata di tutti i comfort. Macchina Caffè, Mini angolo cottura, anche se non ho utilizzato, il microonde, il tavolino, il termosifone regolabile.
In modo facile ho effettuato il check in e il check out.

Cons:

L’asciugacapelli era un po‘ vecchio, ma funzionava.

Cleanliness issues and inconveniences
Pros:

The location was nice because of the quantity of restaurants near the property and closeness to the train station.

Cons:

We booked a room based on the pictures and when we arrived the room was not even in the building of the hotel. The room was situated in the back of the building there was no security aside from one glass door and we were two young woman traveling alone. Additionally the room was situated in front of a pile of trash like broken mirrors and a dumpster. Once inside the room was not clean. The table in the kitchen was filled with crumbs, the chairs were dirty, there were cobwebs in the bathroom and the hair filter was filled with dust. The inside of the fridge was also disgusting, it had hairs and dust. Therefore, we wrote to the property and it took a long time for them to respond. They offered to send cleaning and to give us a partial refund, stating it was impossible to give us another room. We left the hotel to go eat dinner and when we returned hours later the room was in the same state and the staff had not given us any other information about the partial refund they themselves suggested. After insisting a staff member finally arrived and managed to change our room. However, they were a bit sarcastic when addressing our concerns. They changed our room. This room was inside the hotel and was more decent. However, there were still issues with cleanliness. The sheets had yellowish stains, dust everywhere, and the shower head was disgusting having white things and dirt. We sent the number pictures;however, they left us on delivered. They never provided the information on the partial refund they suggested or apologized for all of the inconveniences or cleanliness issues.
