Pros:

Em 2 semanas de viagem por Alagoas, me hospedando em lugares até 3* mais caros, esta foi de longe a acomodação mais limpa e caprichosa q ficamos.
Toalhas de excelente qualidade, roupa de cama tapetes BRANCOS extremamente limpos, box do banheiro e azulejos sem nenhuma mancha ou marca, ar condicionado silencioso... fora o jardim na entrada muito lindo! Foi surpreendente.
A praia fica a 20 min a pé... Mas foi a praia q mais gostamos em Maragogi: limpa, com águas calmas e bem exclusiva.

Cons:

A cozinha compartilhada é bem desconfortável, fica embaixo de uma escada, em um espaço pequeno que pinga água na cabeça enquanto chove. Seria muito legal se tivesse um micro ondas e cafeteira dentro do quarto mesmo.
A noite tem bastante barulho da rodovia.
