Pros:

Была двухэтажная кровать для детей.

Cons:

Отношение персонала сначала , потом было немного лучше, но было ощущение как будто я заставлял персонал делать свою работу, а им этого реально не хотелось.
Кроме пару человек на ресепшене, были 2 девочки которые старались изо всех сил.

My kid loved the bunk bed. The place is very close to cable car and toboggan ride. Good parking place. The guy at reception was super helpful.

Clean apartment, good mattress, bunk bed for kids, plenty of kitchen utensils, good value for money.

Cons:

No towels were available on the first day, not enough storage for luggage, hotel restaurant was closed for visitors during competitions, sauna in the building was poor and not warm enough.

Cons:

We stayed one more night as we were tired. We asked reception to service the room as we ran out of toilet paper, soaps, and shampoo. They said we had to contact the owner who is overseas! We needed to make an international call to ask for toilet paper!
