Pros:

Siempre que voy a Madrid a trabajar me quedo en este hotel. Comida maravillosa, personas muy amablesy las habitaciones siempre muy limpias. El bar tiene tapas ricas y drinks buenísimos. Ambiente muy joven y entretenido.

Cons:

Está un poco lejos de la estación, pero hay una parada de autobús cerca.

Calitate preț foarte slab, la nivelul unui hotel de 4 stele trebuia să ai acces la un minibar în camera, papuci de cameră inexistenți, halat, perie la baie! Dezamăgitor

Pros:

Zeer uitgebreid, gevarieerd en lekker ontbijt en ruime kamer.
Zeer behulpzaam personeel. Mogelijkheid om je koffer in een bewaakte kamer te laten staan als je te vroeg bent voor check-in of na check-out.

Cons:

Geen airco, verluchting koelde niet af. Je moest het raam openzetten maar dan had je veel straatlawaai want vlak aan grote baan.
Ondanks 26 graden was het zwembad niet toegankelijk. Geen welkomstbrochure ivm wifi of korte uitleg hoe makkelijk naar het centrum te raken.

Very good hotel, I recommend it
Pros:

Clean room, quiet hotel, friendly staff, near the bus station, direct bus to downtown.

Cons:

The room was vey hot at night with not good air ventilation,, so it's hard to sleep.

La cama , me explicaron que todas las camas de la cadena son asi de blanditas , pero si podrían tener unos colchones de reemplazo para los que nos gusta dormir en camas duras , pero con todo eso se disfrutó muchísimo la estadía

The hotel is very nice and it is almost 20minutes taxi to most attraction places of Madrid. We had a good breakfast too and we where happy that we have bought the breakfast once we arrived at the hotel
