Todo me gustó, habitación bastante amplia y con buena iluminación. La cama súper cómoda, el baño muy moderno. El desayuno súper rico, con una vista bonita a la piscina. Y el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y tiene parqueadero privado.

Balcón espacioso

Cons:

Falta de limpieza, encontramos un pelo en la cama, las almohadas olían mal, la puerta del baño no cerraba bien, demasiado ruido en la noche por maletas y ruido exterior, no hay parking privado disponible como indica la página, malo el desayuno por falta de variedad

La atención del personal, especialmente Yosaira, Katherine, Adrian, Ana. Excelente ubicación en Bayahibe y cerca de los mejores restaurantes y playas y sitios de contratos ee excursiones.

Cons:

Pocos toma corrientes, no hay perchero para toallas ni toallones, deficiencia en limpieza, poco esmero en ello. Precios de excursiones muy elevados. Los restaurante propios de poca oferta y variedad. Desayuno muy orientado al público norteamericano y no al latino

La persona responsabile della struttura il signor joan non è di parola, fraintende e non è preciso. Inoltre l’unica lingua che conosce è lo spagnolo. Pessima esperienza.

We had a bad experience at this hotel and I would not recommend it.

When we first arrived, the room they gave us had a bathroom door that would not close. We reported it and they sent someone to fix it, but the problem was never actually fixed. On top of that, there was a leak coming from the ceiling from the room above.

We had to complain again because the situation was very uncomfortable. Eventually they changed our room, but the whole experience was stressful and disappointing. This is not something guests should have to deal with during their stay.

Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Avoid it if you want a peaceful stay.

Per una notte lasciando le valige al piano terra va bene

La stanza ampia e una discreta la colazione

Cons:

Senza ascensore e senza facchinaggio, nessun aiuto a portare le pesanti valige al terzo piano .
Il bagno poco pulito e senza asciugamani
Nessun interruttore per la luce vicino al letto e nemmeno una lampada sul comodino per la notte
Frigo bar con una piccola bottiglietta d’acqua
Una sola presa per ricaricare il telefono in bagno
