Pros:

Stayed at The Edge Central Pattaya from February 8–11 and had a great experience overall. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Pattaya and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The building is modern, clean, and well-maintained.

The views of the city and ocean are incredible, especially in the evening. It’s a great place to relax after a long day out.

The room itself was comfortable, clean, and efficiently designed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Overall, The Edge Central Pattaya is a great choice if you want a modern, comfortable stay in a prime location. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Pattaya.

Awesome accommodation in Central Pattaya
Pros:

Very clean rooms, centrally located with beautiful gardens and an awesome pool.

Cons:

Bad wifi and TV kept freezing with very limited channels
No pool towels.
Not enough seating round the pool.
Location with entry on prostitute corner.....literally.....
No cafe/restaurants on site.
Very blunt kitchen knives.

Лучшее место расположение в центре! рядом рестораны, базар, Централ, недалеко в пешкй доступности walking street и пирс. Удобное болт такси, если хотите быстро добраться или тук-тук(10бат).

The facilities are to good and the two pools it’s the best hotel for money I go all the time I highly recommend. Also the staff go out the way to help when you need I arrived at 2 am and was sorted

The location was very good

Cons:

Per the locals the edge hotel is known as the bad condo. I didn’t know what they meant by that until I saw the facility. The pool was filthy. My friend had cock roaches in his condo and the only interaction we had was via texting. There needs to be major improvements done because cock roaches in any facility is nasty and unacceptable.
