Toalhas parece um lixa, sabonete e shampoo insuficiente
Localização é ótima
Ar condicionado quebrado, me mudaram para um quarto mais barato sem ressarcimento do valor, porém a pia do banheiro estava entupida e não resolveram o problema durante toda estadia. O Wifi não funcionou durante nenhum dia, mesmo a recepção afirmando que era um problema temporário, tive que usar meu celular como roteador para trabalhar com o notebook. O salão de eventos no andar térreo e salão de festas no andar da academia deixa o hotel com um fluxo terrível.

O cartão magnético com problema,tive que trocar o cartão 2 vezes ,o banheiro com a descarga vazando,a maçaneta solta,o qrt com várias luzes queimadas e se for final de semana tem um pagode do lado que e infernal,fui dormir as 2 da manhã por conta disso.
