A bit average, and expensive, nothing special.
Pros:

Location was great, and pool area was lovely, rooms very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Didn’t like the room looking out to another room, the staff told us nothing about the property when checking in, and were very un flexible when we had booked an extra night, our plans changed (as travel plans do )so we wanted to use the extra night a few weeks later on our way back through Singapore, basically we ‘lost’ a night we paid for….

Pros:

All ok, Pool time should be more. it should not close 8-9PM.
Lounge should serve more veggie food, very limited option for vegetarians only salad, cakes ..

Location and Food worth it.
Pros:

Location wise near to Arab Street and Beach Road Food Centre where you can find many food. The transportation wise you can have various mode, MRT but walking distance.

Good but probably wouldn’t stay again unless it was a really good deal - there are better places to stay in Singapore fo
Pros:

Good gym and nice pool area
Joseph in the club lounge was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast was very busy and messy - the staff were doing their best but I would recommend going elsewhere to eat - it was packed with screaming kids and the food was average
There was a really unpleasant smell a couple of times in the room (like sulphur / rotten eggs) which only went when I turned the aircon right down
Couldn’t use the facilities (pool) after checkout

Séjour agréable qui aurait pu l’être d’avantage avec un personnel plus souriant.
Pros:

La piscine et le pool house sont magnifiques.
L’hôtel en général est agréable.

Cons:

Le personnel féminin à l’étage club lounge est plutôt froid et ne nous a pas mis à l’aise. Le monsieur arrivé en fin de semaine était quant à lui charmant.
La salle de déjeuner est interdite aux enfants après 10h du matin ce qui nous obligeait à les nourrir dans la chambre.
Le petit déjeuner à l’étage club lounge est limité et le personnel commence à ranger avant l’heure limite. Il n’y a pas de chaise bébé ni de grande table et rien n’est fait par le personnel pour vous faciliter la vie. Il vaut mieux descendre prendre le petit déjeuner au ginger au Rez de chaussée.

great stay
Pros:

pillow! so comfortable, the best by far of all our stays. The room was spacious and very well maintained and clean.

Cons:

shame the roadworks outside had made the area a little less appealing. No fault of the hotels at all.

Excellent location with marina bay only 30min walk away
Pros:

Perfect central location. 10min from hajji lane and from nearest MRT at Nichol highway.
Has got pool which we didn’t use , a restaurant and a bar with nice lobby

Cons:

We arrived late and ordered food as room service

Portions were really small and it took over an hour to get the food past midnight.
It would have been quicker for grab which we thought might take too long:(
