Great location, friendly helpful staff and excellent value
Pros:

Great central location in the middle of the Liverpool One shopping area. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
We had a Large bright room with a comfy bed & pillows & great views over the roof tops.
The pastries and coffee for breakfast were included in the price.
We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Pros:

A lovely hotel.i had a large room which accommodated a disabled person. Had everything I needed. A central location for shopping, pubs and restaurants and within walking distance to tourist attractions.

Fabulous two night break will definitely return!!

Excellent location, easy walk from rail station
Central to everything .Secure entrance
Room was very bright and clean,shower very good
Tea and coffee in the room plenty of light around mirrors
On reception floor, coffee and pastries were available free of charge in the morning
Quiet hotel

Cons:

Nothing really , perhaps add an armchair
