Lovely hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Perfectly situated in the centre of Liverpool but away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets, lovely free pastries and coffee in the morning, bit tricky to find but head to Hotel Cholate and it’s Nextdoor

A brilliant stay in the perfect location.
Pros:

Everything was brilliant. Rooms with high ceilings, great shower and a perfect location.

Cons:

Only tiny thing was that the TV kept buffering. But if you’re rarely in your room it isn’t a big deal.

The location was great for getting around, very central.
Room was big, and it was nice to get a bath and shower.
We did pay extra for upgrade.

Cons:

No frills in the room, but we did have a problem with the heating, room to cold for me, had to ask reception to sort it out.
Also for a hotel they don't do proper breakfast, only tea/coffee and croissants.

Perfect location and great staff, would stay again!
Pros:

Great deco, lovely bathroom. Comfortable bed and very quiet overnight. Issues with the TV were frustrating but were fixed quickly, though poor signal remained an issue.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and the place felt secure. Great location, very central.

TV signal wasn’t great.

Great hotel, great location - super modern feel. Very comfy pillows!
Pros:

I loved the breakfast - simple but just what is needed. I loved the fact that on reception were scented candles made in Liverpool to purchase as a souvenir. Plus on reception a kind of shop for things you might night and drinks and snacks.

Cons:

Before arriving I would have liked information about a sister hotel - or a link they have to a hotel with spa facilities - as I would have liked to have prebooked that.

Pros:

Fabulous experience. You could not get more central in Liverpool. I had the best sleep in the comfy bed with pillows. The breakfast was a lovely touch.
