Good but in need of improvements
Pros:

Very central, cleaned every day, nicely furnished

Cons:

The first room we received had a broken window, which caused a draft and an annoying whistling noise.

We requested a room change and were given a smaller room with no view and very dark.

I would have expected at least a partial refund considering that the replacement room was clearly inferior to the one we had originally booked. Unfortunately, that did not happen.

It’s a pity, because otherwise the staff is friendly and the hotel has potential.

Superb hotel and location.
Pros:

Superb location.
Lovely, modern room with a great shower, massive bed, and the usual facilities.
Reception is located on the 1st floor.
Breakfast is an informal Continental style, but we had brunch at Ezra's anyway.

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

Great location, friendly helpful staff and excellent value
Pros:

Great central location in the middle of the Liverpool One shopping area. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
We had a Large bright room with a comfy bed & pillows & great views over the roof tops.
The pastries and coffee for breakfast were included in the price.
We would definitely recommend a stay here.
