The customer service was great.
Pros:

The buffet did not have a good selection and it was cold. No fresh fruit. For the price it should have been more of a food selection.

Cons:

No microwave in room or on floor.

Would stay here again, the staff was nice, the facility clean and well managed.
Pros:

The staff was kind and seemed to be attentive.

Cons:

I was almost certain that our booking came with breakfast which was not the case and it was $18 per person. Parking was $25 per day-- we had 2 cars, so I found a different place to park our 2nd vehicle to avoid paying $100 in parking. The room would NOT heat past 70. We had them check it 2 times and the heat checker said 69.9. It was chilly and seemed to blow cold air.

Enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

All the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good also. Would stay again.

Cons:

Our GPS took us to the back of the hotel.

Omaha has really blossomed as a city with a beautiful downtown.
Pros:

The room was excellent. The pool was also remarkable. I've never seen a steel pool before, and the view from the pool was unprecedented for me, since it was very high up in the building. The exercise room was also first rate.

Cons:

I suppose a larger sign in front would have helped me find the entrance better.. You also need to walk from the parking garage to the lobby to get a luggage cart and walk back to the car in the multilevel garage, then back to the lobby and up to the room. then you have to bring the cart back to the lobby.

Great staff, nice property, a bit more expensive than other similar options in the area.
Pros:

The staff was lovely and friendly. Very helpful. Parking was convenient.

Cons:

Nothing really. Very nice, but more expensive than other similar options in the city….if our family reunion party had not been told to stay at this hotel, I would have stayed at my original hotel reservation.

Pros:

Convenient location

Cons:

I’ve found that there’s always an issue with the rooms after staying multiple times over the years. Everything from non-op plumbing to nasty odors coming from the vents.
