Treated like royalty, both me and my service dog! Highly recommended.
Pros:

I had a very nice view, the location was well placed downtown. My service dog and myself were treated like royalty.

Cons:

I have a dog, it’s a hike to take them to go to the bathroom. Aside from that everything else was perfect.

Great staff.
Pros:

We love how big it was and the rooms are nice and spacious. Staff were absolutely amazing.

Cons:

No working AC. First night barely slept. Second night bought my own fan and will see if we are able to sleep tonight.

Would recommend. Very accommodating
Pros:

Room was very comfortable. Yes, somewhat aged decor and cleaning could use some extra elbow grease. However, nothing to complain about. Probably more clean than our home bathrooms.
Location superb! Construction in the downtown area was main obstacle of getting a '9' score. Parking right on property VERY convenient, even though you pay a fee. Convenience costs money...Thank you DoubleTree

Cons:

No coffee available in lobby area until 6a.m. This is my complaint at every hotel... we are early risers, kids sleep late. Lobby is our only 'light' in the mornings.

Staff were great. Hotel was old and rooms were dirty.
Pros:

Location was great and staff were excellent.

Cons:

It was dirty and we didn’t have hot water for 2 days. Elevators were not working properly, we had kids stuck in the elevator and fire department had to be called.

Would stay here again, the staff was nice, the facility clean and well managed.
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. The parking was nearby, and the overall experience was nice.

Could not figure out if there was room service.

The customer service was great.
Pros:

The buffet did not have a good selection and it was cold. No fresh fruit. For the price it should have been more of a food selection.

No microwave in room or on floor.
