Loved this Novotel. Lovely peaceful setting. Great pool and outdoor area. Attractive restaurant and lounge area too. Really glad we chose to stay here. Good restaurant and excellent breakfast too.

Remontées d'odeurs dans les siphons de la SDB.
Plus de bouteille d'eau minérale dans la chambre.
Dîner au lodge* très bas de gamme / prix... qui ne m'a plus incité à prendre le PDJ !
La chambre agréable
Une salle de petit déjeuner trop petite pour accueillir du monde d’où une queue désordonnée et interminable, des produits manquants, pas assez de personnel
L’accueil et le service du personnel
L’équipement salle de bain, wc et décoration de la chambre ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles ou version 20eme siècle…
Nous avons aimé le lieu où est implanté l hôtel près de la forêt.
Le repas pris au restaurant malgré beaucoup d attente.
Personnel debordé au restaurant mais vraiment très agréable!
Beaucoup de monde pour le we, personnel debordé mais tres poli et à l écoute propreté à revoir dans les sanitaires de notre chambre à l arrivée, signalé immediatement à la réception sans effet!!!
Pour près de 200 euros la nuit avec le petit dejeuner j attendais mieux et surtout une meilleure organisation.
Le petit dejeuner une catastrophe pour 19,5 euros par personne disposition du buffet salé sucré dans un espace très étroit oû tout le monde se rue et se retrouve " coincé", vaisselle manquante, quantité idem...le personnel en revanche a fait plus que son maximum ...dommage de n'avoir pas anticipé tout cela en voyant le nombre de réservations!
