Impeccable. Personnel vraiment adorable.
Pros:

Nous sommes venus pour un concert au zénith.
Chambre impeccable, petit dej au top et surtout, dame à l'accueil de l'hôtel (qui a un accent) adorable. Et la dame du ptit dej adorable aussi (du lundi 9 février matin).
Merci beaucoup.

Un peu froid dans la chambre.

Personnel très sympathique, petit dej très varié, repas du soir très bon rapport qualité prix.

Il faisait froid dans la chambre. Comme il faisait très froid dehors nous aurions aimé arriver dans un petit cocon. Nous avons du descendre les 2 soirs en rentrant pour demander de monter un peu le chauffage. Impossible de prendre une douche la salle de bain était glaciale. Nous avons dormi porte de sdb ouverte pour avoir une température convenable pour se doucher le matin. Dommage parce que l'hôtel en lui même est très bien.

Great family stay at Novotel
Pros:

I had a great stay at the hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the convenient location close to the city and walk trail. The breakfast was a nice bonus—fresh and delicious. Would definitely stay again!

Bij inchecken een upgrade van de gezinskamer gekregen

Cons:

De wijze van hoe het ontbijt is tentoongesteld. Mensen liepen door elkaar en de borden lagen ergens verstopt bij het bakken van een ei, waar het druk was... misschien een tactiek bedenken hoe dit op te lossen, zodat het gestroomlijnder gaat.
