Few channels on TV. Had to go to the pub across the street to view televised sporting events.

It was OK, but no better. A human on-duty would make it much better.
Cons:

The check-in process was horrible. There were no humans there when I arrived. I had trouble getting in with the keypad entry process. I had to wait a half hour for a human to come and help me. He was very nice and helpful, but the whole process was off-putting, to say the least.

not consider in high season when room cost probably twice as much
Pros:

location is convenient. close to everything in Oaks Bluff

Cons:

No bed light, only overhead with switch at door.
Plugs are too far from bed.
There’s a white noise machine. Why?
Very noisy fridge in room. I had to unplug it.
Terrible coffee.
I can see adjacent restaurant to be a noise problem in high season. Super early utility truck for restaurant had engine running.

Overall, it was okay!
Pros:

The location was a big plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the layout of the unit was not to our liking. No common area to sit together. Also, no air conditioning in two of the rooms. Also, only one bathroom.

Cons:

There was no water glass in the room, and I am on several medications so I needed one. The front desk was unattended the whole time I was there, so I had to fend for myself. Overall my stay was OK but was not worth what was charged .

Short and sweet
Pros:

Location and affordability. We stayed off season so there wasn’t a lot of property choices available.

Cons:

Didn’t see any staff, it was completely automated. We did have a little problem working out the digital key but that was probably on me (technology is not my thing).

The quaintness, conversion of an old building, location

Cons:

It's always nice to come into contact with a real person at some point but I understand (I think) efficiency reasons for there not being someone there in person.
