El trato del personal, el entorno y las instalaciones. Todo es excelente.
Location di bellezza rara, sia gli interni che gli esterni, a due passi dal fiume e da un mulino, semplicemente bucolico. La gentilezza e l'ospitalità di Ramiro, che ha dimostrato una attenzione per gli ospiti, anche fatta di piccoli ma significativi gesti, mai vista altrove. Grazie a lui, al suo team e alla perfezione del luogo abbiamo trascorso due giorni fuori dal mondo e dal tempo.

De locatie en de sfeer.
Het restaurant - veel geld kwijt voor weinig eten. Accommodatie was ook nog niet op en top gerestaureerd waardoor er een hele muffe geur in de kamer en het gebouw hing.

Te puedes bañar en el río Miño , hacer caminatas por el bosque , desayunar , comer y cenar allí de lujo.

Tijdens onze vakantie hebben wij op 10 plekken verbleven en dit was de fijnste.
Op een paar kilometer van de bewoonde wereld is hier een heerlijke plek gecreëerd. Robuuste, oude gebouwen, opgetrokken uit rots en hout, in een omgeving vol bos en uitgestrekte grasvelden. Het kleine zwembad is ideaal om even lekker af te koelen. In het sfeervolle restaurant hebben we genoten van gezonde en smaakvolle lokale gerechten. Dankzij de dikke muren was het in onze kamer koel en stil. Het personeel was attent en gastvrij.
Dit is geen budgethotel, dus liggen de prijzen iets hoger dan elders in de regio. Dat hadden wij er echter heel graag voor over.
Está nun entorno incrible, rodeada de bosque, a carón do río onde poder bañarse, con acceso a un muíño onde teñen un pequeno museo etnográfico... O mantemento e a limpeza, tanto da zona exterior como da casa, son impecables. Ideal para uns días de desconexión.
Para nós non foi un problema pero hai que sinalar que, fóra da zona wifi da casa, non hai nada de cobertura móbil nos arredores.

La habitación y las áreas comunes son viejas ( no es antiguo, es Viejo) . Los enchufes son escasos y de 1960, la calefacción no funciona y ponen un radiador eléctrico. El baño demasiado viejo y lo peor de todo es que me encontraba enferma con mucho resfrío y no pude darme una ducha caliente simplemente porque no había agua caliente .. salía tibia tirando a fría y con mínima potencia de agua. Tampoco había ni un agua en la habitación, ni hablar de cafe/te, menos. Y el desayuno se sirve desde las 9. Nunca fui a un hotel que manejen ese horario de desayuno y menos que menos en una zona donde hay peregrinos que salen bien temprano, aunque yo no era peregrina me molesto tambien.
