Dissatisfied. Staff are lovely and helpful however.
Pros:

The staff were very nice and helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

Ad misleading. Nothing like the pictures. Was dirty. The name of hotel has changed. No hot water. If there was no instruction on how to turn it on. Stains on bed linen
