Pathetic … would relate to 500 rd lodge

Service …ATTITUDE … no hot water for all three days in bathroom ..no proper room service …. Receptionist was very rude .. dint answer the phone properly …. Breakfast was pathetic … had to chase for hours for one thing .. I would never book hotels from booking.com as they have cheap hotels in their list

Excellent hotel, with all the quality service and facilities .Really grateful for the support in making the day perfect that too at such a short notice and ofcourse the food was great too.The place is amazing. Right from checkin to checkout the process was very very smooth. All the staff were always greeting with smiling faces and all were very very helpful.

We had an excellent stay experience at The salt Stayz Corporate.The room was clean and comfortable.Again the HK team, especially Mr Parveen Front office was always there to provide instant support - We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Gurgaon
