I would recommend this place to friends and family and would love to stay here in the future! Looking forward for other
Pros:

The staff is the biggest asset of Casa. I forgot his name but he goes the extra mile just to make sure we are looked after. He’s a credit to this hotel! He was the one bringing our breakfast to the room.

Cons:

Everything was amazing! I couldn’t find any fault. Although, there are a lot of construction going on, that didn’t bother us at all.

Pros:

The food and certain employees were very helpful in finding infos about the ferry and how to get to the pier.

Cons:

We had to fight to get the room we booked.
Also, the staff at the reception and at the restaurant were not at all helpful when we asked for help the next morning.

Pros:

The restaurant was very nice, staff very friendly.

Cons:

At 6:15 a.m., work began in front of the door to my room. It was on the other side, in front of the door.

There's no access to the beach. (No beach near)

Pros:

Breakfast was served well as requested.

Cons:

In future, perhaps owner shall plan for a sport amenites. (Ex: volleyball area, billiard table, etc.)

A good hotel for the Roxas area
Pros:

Good food and friendly staff. The restaurant and gardens were beautiful.
