Hôtel bien mais ne inutile de payer pour le spa
Pros:

Localisation, confort des chambres, calme

Cons:

Spa payant et moins de la 1/2 des équipements fonctionnait : douche multi jets, cold water bucket ne marchent pas, hammam et sauna infra rouge froids. Qd on paie un supplément de quasi 100 eur, tout doit fonctionner !

A fuir!!! Quel dommage d'avoir un bel établissement et de traiter ses clients de la sorte!
Pros:

Hotel idéalement situé dans Durbuy, jolie décoration, chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Absence de la climatisation (contrairement à ce qui était indiqué sur le site de l'hotel) et attitude inacceptable de la responsable... aucune empathie... selon elle, elle n'est pas responsable de ce qui est inscrit sur son site internet... qu'elle ne peut rien faire puisque nous avons réservé par booking. Son équipe avait présenté des excuses en disant que le site était effectivement erroné et nous avait offert l'accès au Spa (bon... au final à la piscine car sauna ou hammam en pleine canicule, ce n'est pas l'idéal :)...). Après moultes discussions lunaires, la responsable nous a offert le petit déjeuner (pas digne d'un hotel 4 étoiles qui se prétend d'exception.).
Nous sommes restés tout à fait polis et courtois mais nous sommes toutefois énervés face à la mauvaise foi de la responsable. A noter que depuis notre séjour, le site a été partiellement corrigé pour supprimer la référence à la climatisation dans chaque chambre.

Alles is bevallen, en heel goed en netjes. Zeer chic! In de wellness waren sommige gasten ruw geweest met douche kranen en dat is zonde

Wij verbleven in hotel Eau de Roche in Durbuy en hebben hier een heel fijne ervaring gehad.
Pros:

We werden bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangen, waardoor we ons meteen welkom voelden.
De kamer was netjes, comfortabel en voorzien van alles wat nodig is voor een aangenaam verblijf. Ook de faciliteiten en de algemene netheid van het hotel lieten een zeer positieve indruk na.
Het ontbijt was een echte troef: heel ruim, gevarieerd en bijzonder lekker. Samen met de klantvriendelijke service en de goede verhouding prijs-kwaliteit maakt dit hotel absoluut een aanrader voor een verblijf in Durbuy.

Cons:

Hele slechte service willen je geld uit je zakken trekken eerst beginnen ze over ontbijt terwijl je hebt aan gegeven dat je dit niet wil. Vervolgens moet je 11€ meer betalen om te parkeren. Vervolgens kom je op de kamer zonder airco terwijl dit bij de faciliteiten staat op de website, dan vraag je waar de airco is en zeggen ze je kunt een raampje open zetten. Het was heel de dag 34 grade geweest met de zon vol op het hotel. Dan denk je televisie te kijken en is er geen afstandsbediening. Ook als je wilt douche moet je de handdoeken nakijken want wat helemaal vol met vieze plekken.

Accueil très professionnel et tout à l'écoute.
Décorations très soignées, notre chambre était superbe et la vue magnifique.

Cons:

La météo!!!, à durbuy tout parait morose quand il pleut.
La ville néanmoins est superbe .

Goed hotel, maar prijs/kwaliteit te duur.
Pros:

Goede ligging in centrum van Durbuy. Kamer was proper.

Cons:

Ontbijt had maar beperkte keuze. Het zwembad was bij te betalen ( wat niet duidelijk was bij boeking bij Booking.com) en maar een paar uurtjes per dag open.
