Séjour professionnel qui a tourné en un superbe moment de délassement
Pros:

Les patrons ont étés à notre écoute et ce sont sont les mêmes depuis plusieurs années, chaque passage a Durbuy se fait dans cet établissement.
Ce séjour n'était pas prévu, nous avons réservé en dehors des heures et avons reçu les clefs de la chambre dans les 30 minutes.
Le petit déjeuné est très copieux et varié, un de mes préféré lors d mes déplacements.
Quant au confort, il est juste parfait, je n'ai aucun reproche a faire.

Belle chambre lit très confortable et une douche a l' Italienne génial 🫠.
Le personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute.

Cons:

Il faisait froid dans la chambre malgré avoir mis le chauffage sur le 5.
L'eau de la piscine n'étais pas si chaude que ça!

j’ai oublié 1 paire de boucle d oreille de Luxe dans la chambre
J’ai téléphoné à l hôtel la dame très gentille de la réception a directement été voir dans la chambre a confirmé les avoir trouvé et les a mise de côtés merci à elle :-)

Cons:

La piscine trop de monde beaucoup de bruit
donc pas relaxant du tout
La chambre la clinche de la porte intérieur qui tombe à chaque fois
la porte de la douche quand tu l’ouvres fait un bruit insupportable
et aussi manque d insonorisation nous avons pas pu dormir vu le bruit de la chambre à côté de nous non stop …
