Pros:

Tout était parfait, chambre spacieuse, déjeuné copieux et varié, emplacement super et parking très avantageux vu le manque de place à Durbuy.

Over het geheel genomen een prima hotel. Fijne locatie, alles op loopafstand. Ruime en schone kamers met aangename douche!

Cons:

Personeel was ondermaats voor een hotel van deze luxe/prijs. Op vragen die we voor onze aankomst hadden gesteld (kunnen we twee enkele bedden krijgen) kregen we vooraf geen antwoord. Toen we bij aankomst vroegen om een kamer met twin bedden kregen we als antwoord "die hebben we niet". Nu staat er in de kamer ook een bank (die tot bed omgetoverd kan worden). Geen suggestie van haar zijde om dat te doen. Vervolgens gevraagd of we een extra set beddengoed konden krijgen voor deze bankbed, kregen we evenmin antwoord.

Séjour fantastique en famille dans lequel tout le monde trouve son compte !
Pros:

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour. En effet, le personnel est toujours à l'écoute et au service du client, avec le sourire. Les équipements sont confortables et propres. Le Wellness était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le cadre est agréable et convivial.

Das Hotel liegt sofort am Rande der Altstadt,Restaurants und Cafés 1 Minute zu Fuss erreichbar.Der Fluss Ourthe 300 m vom Hotel entfernt.Ausserdem bietet das Hotel einen eigenen Parkplatz und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück an.

Yes, in Durbuy, but staying at a different place.
Pros:

Location perfect, in the middle of old city. Big bed. Beautiful view for old town and castle.

Cons:

The room was decent, but it had almost no lighting—only the reading lamps next to the bed. One of the lamps didn’t even have a bulb. The water in the shower one day it was lukewarm, the next day it was cold.

The swimming pool facilities are old, and overall the hotel feels outdated, except for the lobby and dining.

Breakfast offered a poor selection, and the staff didn’t replenish items—for example, when the croissants ran out, they were not refilled, even though there was still an hour left before breakfast ended.

Cons:

De ontvangst was niet prettig. Frans sprekende dames waren aan het bellen en met elkaar in gesprek waardoor wij zonder te weten waarop maar dom stonden te wachten. Vervolgens bleek de lift kapot. Erg vervelend voor mijn partner op krukken. Eenmaal op tweehoog aangekomen bleek het slot van de deur kapot. Wederom schoten de dames te hulp. Als je de deur iets optilt dan sluit hij. Dat is slechts één keer gelukt. Bedlampjes konden niet aan en het badschuim voor een vrijstaand bad zit in een flacon aan de wand. Wat een gigantische tegenvaller voor € 250,00
