Location is good but little tricky, room were clean.
Nothing in this hotel is to like, not at all !!!!
everything, this hotel is worst in my all stays within PK so far. we have booked in their Qadarabad branch but when we were just near to hotel, we been told that they are overbook and cant give us a room which is so unprofessional. then we been told to go to their Branch near to Comset Uni which was located in a very narrow and crowded small road, after reaching there the hotel entrance is too narrow, our car couldn't get it for 10 min and when we tried to take it out, it took us 30 min, there was marks everywhere of cars being scratched, so if anyone brining a bigger car then NEVER think to park there....
once we reached there, their was only one single person on property and he have no clue about our booking, after making multiple calls , the guy gave us rooms but these were nothing alike we saw online. AC wasn't working, beds were smelly, washroom was all torn apart....in normal condition I wont pay even 1000 PKR for a night but as we don't have an option so we stayed but I would never ever recommend this hotel to any one !
The location and rooms were very good. The staff was very cooperative and friendly.

We loved how it was very aesthetically pleasing and right in the between mountains and a cute Qalandarabad market. Its very economical. Super worthy of every penny spent there.
Plus i loved the interior it was nothern. And the quotes has my heart.
The staff , the Manager Zia Bhai was very cooperative. We had a very fun and healing time.

They don't have much staff ,only 2 people are handling everything.

We booked a penthouse for a family .
Breakfast was included in the room rate but it was no sufficient for 8 people , we have to Pay extra for breakfast
Their was no water in the washrooms , we have to call them 5-6 times but they didn't fixed it
In the end we have to change rooms to use washroom
