Cons:

Il cambio struttura non previsto e la mancanza di insonorizzazione. I vicini di camera urlavano nel cuore della notte. Il pavimento della camera sembrava che stesse per crollare da un momento all’altro.

STRUTTURA MODERNA E MOLTO CONFORTEVOLE.
Pros:

Posizione centrale e facilmente raggiungibile dalla Stazione Porta Nuova.
La struttura è risultata molto pulita ed è stato gradito il servizio bagaglio utilizzato nella struttura più vicina a Piazza Castello.

Clean but arrogant uneducated employees hiding
Pros:

Late booking and entrance is clear but after that cold room and no wifi and no assistance before after check out. Brilliant. The response however from whoever (why do people never bloody SIGN A MESSAGE WITH THEIR NAME SO ONE KNOW WHO ONE IS SPEAKING TO????!) MALEDUCATO!) was arrogant. Claiming the guest should have known booking made a mistake letting me book after 21. Blame-game? Why not be blunt and humble and apologise for NO WIFI. Message through booking and then a huge whatsapp with demands of codice fiscale (as if foreigners have that) city of birth (why???) and loads of things to fill out and pay. CAN IT BE MORE BUREAUCRATIC AND DO THINGS 345678 complicated. Oh yes, go to Italy.

CLEANLINESS IS ALWAYS PERFECT THOUGH. Nice touch with coffee even if it makes a noise early on in common entrance area (just get a bloody machine for each room....you earn a fortune and cant afford 200 euros for 2 new ones?). No breakfast anymore.

I wont be returning. Cant take rude arrogant people. Cleaning lady is a gem.

Cons:

Attitude from arrogant hiding employy or whoever it was writing me. So maleducato to not present oneself. That alone will make me not return. More than no wifi, cold room and blaming booking for a mistake.

Pros:

La stanza era carina e molto luminosa, e la posizione è davvero ottima per spostarsi comodamente a piedi e visitare i dintorni.
Purtroppo, al nostro arrivo la stanza non era ancora pronta nonostante fosse già passato l’orario previsto per il check-in: la signora delle pulizie non era nemmeno arrivata. Anche la pulizia, una volta entrati, non era proprio precisissima.
Un’altra piccola pecca è l’assenza della colazione inclusa: i bar più vicini erano tutti chiusi, probabilmente perché era domenica, quindi non è stato facilissimo organizzarsi al mattino.
Nel complesso comunque la stanza anche se molto piccola è piacevole e luminosa, e la posizione resta sicuramente il punto di forza.

Lampione della strada davanti la finestra con tenda piccola che lascia passare molta luce durante la notte. Bagno e scarichi della stanza accanto dietro la testata del letto. Pessimo

Camera essenziale, funzionale e molto pulita. Posizione ottima, quartiere tranquillo, vicinissimo a tutti i servizi, in una zona di Torino meno affollata di turismo

L’emplacement et la propreté étaient très bien.

Cons:

Le lit était une horreur, le matelas complètement abimé et le lit grinçait.
Heureusement que nous avons passé qu’une nuit.
