Great stay in Palma
Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Palma! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the center and within walking distance of everything, with some really great restaurants just downstairs.

What stood out the most is how the hotel is designed to feel like a home away from home. It truly delivers on that idea. The space was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were also some really nice little touches in the room that made a difference—great coffee, lovely shampoo and conditioner, and an overall attention to detail that didn’t go unnoticed.

One of my favorite parts was the rooftop area. The pool and relaxation space were perfect for unwinding after busy days exploring the city. It felt calm, cozy, and just what we needed.

The communication with Elva was perfect!

I definitely recommend to anyone visiting Palma, who is not a fan of the big busy hotels and wants to feel like home.

Pros:

Ett mycket smakfullt inrett boende på ett alldeles lagom livligt torg med flera bra restauranger. Mycket bra läge med gångavstånd till det mesta och en supermarket lite längre ner på gatan. Kommunikationen med Elva var trevlig och effektiv både före och under vistelsen och hon var mycket trevlig när vi sågs. Takterrassen var ett mycket trevligt inslag!

Cons:

Det var väldigt lyhört ut till trapphuset. Och vår lägenhet var i etage, men egentligen bara ett enda rum (två sovytor, men inga väggar eller dörrar emellan) vilket gav lite för lite privat yta för vårt sällskap (pappa med två vuxna barn).

Quiet, comfortable location in the heart of old Palma.
Pros:

Very quiet, comfortable accommodation in a pedestrian area only a few minutes walk from transport, shops, and very interesting old buildings in central Palma and the seafront etc.

Cons:

Limited space in the kitchen area.

Prima verblijf in levendige buurt
Pros:

Prima kamer met goede basisfaciliteiten, echt fijn personeel, uitstekende locatie. Leuke inrichting, verse eigen sinaasappels zijn leuke geste, supermarktje zit om de hoek. Mooi dakterras met zelfs een wc aldaar. Veel goede restaurants pal om de hoek, centrum op loopafstand. Lekkere bedden, heerlijk koele ruimte en drinkbaar kraanwater!

Cons:

Het was echt fijn verblijf maar je moet een paar zaken wel weten. Eigen balkon is een Frans balkon dus zeer klein, kamers aan voorzijde zijn niet geluiddicht: (overigens heerlijk) restaurant pal onder het raam zorgt voor gezelligheid en rumoer tot ruim na 1 uur. Veel werkzaamheden aan buurpanden op dit moment. Handdoeken worden eens per 4 dagen verschoond evenals kamerschoonmaak, maar je kunt vragen om tussentijdse verse handdoeken. Badkamer kan wel een kleine opknapbeurt gebruiken. Zwarte aanslag bij doucherand, kitrand laat los, verroeste pootjes van badmeubel en radiator. Luiken zijn wat lastig dicht te doen (lijken wat ontwricht).

A brilliant apartment in the heart of Palma
Pros:

It was perfect…
We went for a mini break to Palma for a bit of spring sunshine and the apartment was excellent. Fully equipped with all we needed, spacious and comfortable.

Perfect location, lovely property, ideal for 4 adults or family of 4.
Pros:

The property was exceptionally clean with good variety of facilities, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, filtered water. The location was excellent, the square has lots of lovely places to eat and drink. Nice to have 2 sleeping areas both with bathrooms attached. The roof terrace was a lovely place to sit and chill out. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly to messages. Strongly recommend.

Pros:

La ubicacion inmejorable! y la cama, muy comoda.

Cons:

Por poner algun pero, justo las procesiones de semana santa justo pasaron por la calle de al lado donde dormiamos, pero eso no es culpa del establecimiento.

Tolle Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt von Palma. Vielen tolle Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Der Strand, die Kathedrale und der Hafen sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Tolle Dachterrasse zum Sonnen, Frühstücken oder Chillen.
Waren schon zum 2. Mal dort.

Pros:

Die Lage mitten in Palma ist optimal. Im Apartment hatte man alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation läuft reibungslos und obwohl kontaktlos sehr persönlich. Die kleine Dachterasse ist voll ok.
