Все понравилось. Для заселения прислали понятные инструкции на телефон. Апартаменты отличные, стильные, комфортные. Два кондиционера, но нам и одного хватило. На кухне есть фильтр с питьевой водой, что немаловажно на Майорке. Очень большая и удобная кровать. На рецепции угощали апельсинами (вкусные!). На крыше есть терраса с бассейном - мы с удовольствием воспользовались. Рекомендуем на все 100 процентов!
P.S: А! Еще очень понравились гель для душа и шампунь. Очень приятные. ;)

Cons:

Не минусы, но просто отмечу... Расположение отличное - самый центр города, но район немного стремный. Хотя, надо отметить, ни эксцессов, ни шума не было.
Сами апартаменты расположены немного ниже уровня улицы, теневая сторона (и окна в тихий дворик выходят), поэтому присутствует немного затхлый запах, но он проветривается.

Elva was a great host who went above and beyond for our stay.she
Pros:

Great location, central to everything but also removed from the hustle and bustle of the city! The apartment was so well stocked with kitchen items, bed was super comfy and the rooftop pool was very nice! Aircon, coffee machine and large bathroom was also very appreciated!

Cons:

Nothing, it was great and we would love to come back.

Pros:

Súper limpio, la cama y las almohadas muy buenas , tenía todo lo necesario para la estadía. Además muy atentos siempre. Agradezco también el café y los té. Cabe destacar que como acá el agua no es potable tienen un purificador en la pileta. El wifi funciona a la perfección y la terraza con la pileta ideal para tomar algo A pasos de lindos lugares para comer o tomar algo. Gracias Elva !!!

Das Personal am Empfang war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich wirklich willkommen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood. Loved the little book about the history of the building and the little details at reception that made us guests feel more welcome. Elva is the nicest and super welcoming. Thank you for the great stay.

The location was excellent and the apartment felt like a ”home away from home”. The apartment was cosy and the roof terrace very nice.
Great also that you had parking available. That would otherwise have been a problem in Palma.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard in my taste but my husband loved it, so it’s a matter if taste😊.

Das geräumiges Apartment befindet sich in toller Lage zur Altstadt.
Die herzliche Gastgeberin ist jederzeit ansprechbar und unterstützt bei allen Fragen.

Perfect!
Pros:

Fuimos pareja con bebé y muy cómodo. Las instalaciones bien, es un poco caro para lo que es pero así es Mallorca… la piscina es muy pequeñita pero suficiente para refrescarte y el apartamento está muy bien situado, puedes ir andando a todas partes y los restaurantes de alrededor están genial. El personal SUPER amable y atentos a cualquier petición. El parking muy cómodo, está a 1 minuto andando de los apartamentos y no lo dudes porque aparcar en el centro es misión imposible.

Cons:

Un par de calles más allá el ambiente nocturno es dudoso…no sé si me explico jejej pero vamos que no tuve sensación de inseguridad en ningún momento, aun así volvería a repetirlo.
