Pros:

Tolle Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt von Palma. Vielen tolle Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Der Strand, die Kathedrale und der Hafen sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Tolle Dachterrasse zum Sonnen, Frühstücken oder Chillen.
Waren schon zum 2. Mal dort.

Pros:

Die Lage mitten in Palma ist optimal. Im Apartment hatte man alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation läuft reibungslos und obwohl kontaktlos sehr persönlich. Die kleine Dachterasse ist voll ok.

Pros:

A great location, place was excellently clean, for any questions was very easy to reach the owners that were absolutely lovely and super helpful. I loved that we had coffee, tea and drinkable water at the apartment, also the glass water bottles for each of us, that was very useful, as well as the umbrellas. Thank you, I'm looking forward to come back for a longer stay.

Perfekte zentrale Lage in der Altstadt nahe öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Bars, Restaurants, Geschäften
Geräumiges, sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit eigenem Eingang
Sonnenterrasse im Dachgeschoß

Das Appartment ist etwas dunkel (im Sommer sicher angenehm) und hellhörig....

Super estancia
Pros:

Super centrico, se pudo caminar a todo facilmente y pudimos encontrar parking en la calle sin problema. Nos encantó la habitación, Elva y Estefania nos atendieron de maravilla y nos pudieron dar buenos consejos. El estudio tenía de todo para el fin de largpo que estuvimos y volveremos seguro.

Geweldig!
Pros:

De locatie was echt top! Ook echt een hele vriendelijke eigenaar. Ze is goed bereikbaar en helpt graag. Ons appartement was lekker ruim en we hebben fijn geslapen. Mocht ik ooit weer naar Palma komen, zal ik zeker hier verblijven.

Location was great. Apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Unfortunately it was to cold to use the pool but the facilities at the top of the building are top notch.

Excellent comfortable apartment in the heart of the historical district!
Pros:

The location of this apartment is excellent! Walking distance of all the major historical monuments, restaurants and coffee shops. Very well decorated, with coffee and tea facilities, WI-FI, comfortable bed and good linen. Also small veranda and nice garden with small pool on the roof top to enjoy the morning coffee and afternoon drink. Excellent place! Elva is very good host! She is very helpful and caring lady, she gave us really good recommendations for nice restaurants.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of Palma with everything at our doorstep.
Pros:

Very convenient location, central yet absolutely quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby and a garage around the corner. Clean and friendly. Elva is a lovely host.

Cons:

Not much natural light and some guests might find the bathroom lacks privacy. We did not mind at all.

A nice taste apartment hotel in central Palma.
Pros:

A cute boutique apartment hotel in central Palma. It was nicely renovated with good taste and with a small rooftop terrace. Easy walk to the major attractions and many bars and restaurants around. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The room we stayed in was on the lower ground floor to ground floor, so a bit darker than the rest of communal space. Maybe a tiny bit damp. But it doesn't affect our stay.
