Location, location, location! Stunning views of the Bucegi Mountains. The wonderful lady at Reception went out of her way to welcome me late in the evening and even looked after my friends while I was preparing for a hike and packing for departure the next day. Her hospitality truly stood out. The whole place is tastefully decorated, with impressive attention to detail — a rare find in Romania and especially in Valea Prahovei, which usually excels at tacky décor and plumbing experiments gone wrong.
I really appreciated the spotless cleanliness, the good quality towels, the comfortable bed sheets, and the well-ventilated room — despite the heat wave, I slept soundly after a long day’s hike.
I’ve already recommended the place to my friends and can’t wait to return.
The shower bath could use a curtain, but otherwise there’s really nothing to improve.
Everything was fantastic, from the time we walked through the front door, met the staff and relaxed in our room overlooking the mountains.

Room was absolutely beautiful but facing west was a bit hot with no a/c working, otherwise loved our stay, views were magnificent. Breakfast was fabulous, staff went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Modern brand new room ,very clean and cozy ,well furnished ,smart TV, heating is perfect for winter,marvellous view on mountains from terrace- all you need to get romantic mood and atmosphere

The room was clean, the food at the restaurant was good. The location was good with a nice view.
The spa and wellnes center included as facilities was not working. We choose the location especially for this.
The parking lot was unsupervised and everyone parked how they pleased. One car was Parked on half of the entrance and the other half of the entrance was very steep and we almost damaged our car.
Also the acces to the e-charger listed under facilities was blocked by other cars although there were other parking spots. The staff in the reception had a passive atitude about this and acted like there is nothing to be done and we have to accept this. The tipycal 'what can you do' attitude. I'm sure there is an easy solution for this with a little involment. So overall, improvements could be made, especially with how the staff is doing their job.
