Very comfortable bedroom - I slept extremely well. The location is great and the views from my balcony were spectacular. The family hosts were polite, friendly, and very helpful.

Idéalement situé au bord de la plage. Une cuisine équipée à disposition. Vue mer depuis la chambre. Chambre et hôtel très propres. Personnel serviable (traducteur nécessaire) : scooter, transport, etc Attention, l'hôtel s'appelle aussi Bien xanh (blue ocean).

Superbe séjour de deux nuits!
La maison d’hôtes est très bien située près de la plage, la literie est excellente, c’est très propre et calme. Idéal pour se reposer et découvrir la vie locale authentique. (Peu de touristes)
Les hôtes sont adorables, prêts à tout pour vous faciliter votre voyage : Location d’un scooter, réservation d’un taxi, découverte du village…
Je recommande +++. Très bon rapport qualité prix !
Địa điểm rất thích, vài bước là ra biển đẹp, sóng lớn, thuận tiện cho bạn mình surf, anh bạn mình rất thích, cô chủ thân thiện, quan tâm hỏi han khách hàng. Còn mua cả đồ ăn sáng cho bọn mình, dù không có trong gói booking.
Minh book căn trên cùng, giống penhouse vậy á! mọi thứ rất ok, trừ một cái làm mình không thoải mái, đó là camera lắp luôn ở đặt khu vực bếp, tủ lạnh. Như này mình thấy không được riêng tư, phòng thì không có TV.

Do not fall for it the images.
No Tv etc.
The host was so lovely and welcoming and the place was super quiet and very clean! We had a room with a view of the sea, which was also great.
It would be extra special if you could have breakfast at the hotel. We were out of season so that may be the reason. When cycling, breakfast is the most importantly meal to set you off on the road!
Great location just outside the main village area, 5minutes walk down to the beach...beautiful clean beach, busy with fishers but not many other people there. View to the rear from the roof terrace over the river. View to the beach and cham islands from the room window. Quiet (once the karaoke died down :) ) Room was quiet and comfortable.

There was no TV in the room.
There is no elevator. The stairs are narrow and steep. It is impossible to climb with a large travel bag. Need to carry for two.
The staff doesn't speak English at all.
There was even a problem with Google Translator.
There is no place to eat around.
Every time it was necessary to drive 2.5 km.
The couple was really friendly & kind even though there was the language barrier.
They also helped me to rent a scooter and arrange taxi to go to Da Nang city :)
Also, there's a beautiful beach in front of the home stay.
Seems like there weren't many guests, which the reception what no one at times but it was ok
The room was very nice and clean and had a lovely view. There is a communal balcony and a drying area for clothes. It was so good to be able to use the washing machine! It is very close to the beach (but there is no shade). The family who run the guesthouse are very nice and helpful and the son speaks some English which was good.
No fridge in room or kitchen.
Although very close to the beach, there were not a lot of eating options in the immediate area. None on the main road ever seemed to be open but there are a few places stretched along the beach. If you walk about 1.5km along the promenade, or road, you will come to many seafood restaurants on the seafront and lining the roads behind.
