The location and the restaurants. The staff is excellent and exceptionally helpful. The food ordered in the restaurant from al la carte menu is excellent.
The room conditions don’t justify the price. There was mould on the walls, bad lighting in the room, bedsheets and duvet covers were old and need replacing. The corridor outside the rooms was messy and wasn’t kept to good standards. The bathroom was very basic and had a tub and wiper which were old and also needed replacing. The quality of soap, shampoo and conditioner was also quite cheap. Towels need replacing too. The buffet breakfast (included in the room price) was very ordinary and the quality wasn’t up to the mark, which is a shame as the food from the a la carte menu (which is paid) is really good!
Those staying over weekend with kids please know there is loud music from weekend parties which can be clearly heard in the rooms and kids may find it difficult to fall asleep.

The major concern is parking, as it is located on the main road. The hotel does not have its own parking facility, and late-night parties are ongoing.

Rooms are ok, but the bar plays loud music until 12 (not a huge problem). Hotel is located next to railway and trains roll past through the day and night with loud horns and when trains pass they literally shake the building and windows
