Pros:

The accommodation is located directly on a street full of restaurants and bars. Very good location a few minutes walk to the beach. Staff very nice. I recommend the accommodation.

Pros:

The rooms are very clean. There was no outside noises to disturb your sleep. Bathroom is very clean with a good shower.
No problem with the wifi and you can connect your Netflix account. I found the restaurant very accommodating. The location is excellent.

Pros:

Proximité de la plage et du centre, staff super souriant et serviable.
Patron français sympa.
Chambre spacieuse et terrasse agréable

Cons:

Le restaurant n'était pas super en rapport qualité prix.
La musique des établissements voisins le soir mais c'est raisonnable

For the price, I think you can still find good deal/accommodations.
Pros:

They have a restaurant but I didn't try it, but it's closer to other eateries/restaurants.

Cons:

The first room I was given had a problem with the electricity supply, the lights, fridge and electric fan suddenly went out.

I was moved to another room but the TV couldn't be used because it couldn't connect to the wifi/internet.

The wifi in the room was also weak so I used Phone Data.

Pros:

Meals were great and reasonably priced....the staff were courteous and polite and honest and most helpful...the location was convenient to all the facilities I and my friends required...

Good but I had problems with the staff
Pros:

The room had everything what I needed: comfortable bed, silent Aircon, stable Wifi, small but a little bit noisy fridge, small terrace with fan. The location is good, next to a lot of good restaurants. Only noisy on Saturday night, when they have a band.

Cons:

Most of the staff is inattentive and lazy. In 2 weeks they managed only once to clean my room. Only the owner is friendly.
It would be nice to have a little bit more in the room: a glass, some hooks or similar to dry wet swimming clothes

Excellent location! Good value.
Pros:

Excellent location. Room and bathroom are good size. It has a safe and refrigerator. The property has its own restaurant however we never ate there as there are cheaper options just in front and around town. Walking distance to the beach, supermarket and church.

Cons:

We made a mistake of leaving food out on the table and it wasn’t long until the ants found it. Refrigerate any food to prevent ants getting to it.

I LOVE TIKI
Pros:

Second stay for me there...Still as perfect as last year ! Perfectly located near by all restaurants and bars in Santa Fe. Staff is so friendly, food is good, they provide all you need. 100% recommended
