It was extraordinary and super comfortable. We highly recommend your home to my friends and family members.
During on our morning swimming, I didn’t like the approach of the staff management towards to us. I do understand that there’s no lifeguard and I will supervise my kid at the pool. I was at the pool side and aware of their pool rules. But they are requiring me to be in the pool. It was an unnecessary action from the admin/reception and security. This results to unaccommodating and unprofessional. I suggest to respect the guest and explain briefly/calmly.

1. The toilet is in terrible condition. There’s a strong odour coming from the drainage, and the fragrance used in the bathroom only makes it worse. There are also water stains everywhere. It wasn't cleaned!
2. The bedding is inadequate. The bed sheet provided is thin—it’s a fitted sheet meant to cover the mattress, but it's being used as a top sheet. 😑
3. There is dust all over the room - under the bed, above the television, in the dining lights, in the toilet. 😭
4. Lizard droppings are scattered throughout. 🦎
Overall, it's a nice-looking unit in photos, but the property itself is not well maintained. On a positive note, the location is good, and it's quiet. 👍🏼

I loved our stay here. It's very accessible since it's near the heart of tagaytay. The owner was very accommodating. The place was clean as well except for the foul smell of the bathroom the rest was perfect then. 😊

The room is too small for 4 pax, the sofabed could only accommodate 1. No extra pillows and blanket, no cabinet where we can put our clothes. Incomplete kitchenwares, the room smelled odd when I entered. Can't communicate with the host after we booked.

Location
Location is a 2 minute drive from the main road hence it gave us us a good ambiance to sleep. Room was clean (no smell), water heater is working properly, air-conditioning system is indeed blowing off clean temperature. Over all a great night's sleep after a long day. :)
