Your 24 hour time line is not true. One check in at 10pm you still require then to check out at 9am. This is not what you advertise. We pay for 24 hours and get less than 12. This is wrong.
The staff was nice.
Was central to the markets
Elevator was broken, hot water didn't work. Air con didn't work so they moved us to another room. Everytime u left the room u can smell the fish market. Our next hotel was much better
Good locay for about two nights. Close to the public market and a scooter ride from the mall.
The place was decent I have no complaints.

Just no food stall inside which is more convenient for Us if we don't feel going out

Overall stay was good.
Lift was not working and it was difficult to carry our luggage upstairs.
The distance from hotel to terminal is very convenient

Room spacious.
Bit stinks in the room where i stayed. 3 times i changed room. Blocked toilet. Not working the warm water shower. Bit dissappoint.
It was an overall good experience. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was that they made us pay 1000 php for two bed sheets that had been made dirty with ice-cream from small children. They could be easily washed off as ice-cream does not stain. Also a bed sheet in Philippines cost around 250 php so we paid twice the cost of it.
