Saubere schöne große Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal. Top Lage!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Außerdem waren die Zimmer wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet und groß.
Was uns aber besonders gut gefallen hat, war das besonders nette Personal. Die CheckIn Dame Fatimah war sehr aufmerksam und sprach sehr gutes englisch, der Küchenchef sorgte persönlich dafür, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt um am Ende wurden wir sogar noch vom Hotelmanager persönlich verabschiedet!

Everything was great, especially Fatima's help. She was more than just the stuff. Her help, her advice, and her recommendations really improved my holiday.

Pros:

The reception staff so nice and helpful. I did know why booking did not send my confirmed booking to the hotel. When i check in one of the booking confirmation is not with them.. the staff (woman) i can’t remember was so nice to the extend she tried her level best to find the available rooms and give me the better rate.. i was happy and thankful to her for her effort

Okay stay. Best of few options.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, the view of rice paddies from our window was lovely. Our room safe was inoperable, and a maintenance worker did arrive fairly quickly to fix it. The same when we arrived at the room and found we had no towels. Someone did deliver towels within 30 minutes of our call.

Cons:

Breakfast is served buffet style until 10am. By 8:30, when we arrived, many of the offerings were gone and the staff made no effort to fill any of the empty bowls, plates and serving platters.

When we arrived at the hotel, no one greeted us. It was difficult to get help when it was needed. On the others hand, staff knocked on our door 3-4 times because they had the wrong room.

Hope it's not a horror place.
Pros:

Perfect location n beautiful room.

Cons:

There's a sound of moving furniture n knocking the hall on the upper room till we couldn't sleep the whole night because of scared. The phone in the room isn't function to call lobby . The sound keep on going from 2am till 5am in the morning.

Good choice to feel Minangkabau people way of life
Pros:

The property reside at the heart of Minangkabau culture. It is far from Bukittinggi but it is close to few locations ie ATM, Mosque, Laundry and few restaurants. This is my 7th trip to Minangkabau highland and we purposely choose this place for the first time to feel closer to daily routine of Minangkabau people since it is not busy like Bukittinggi. In fact they have decent Break Fast buffet that offer the good choices

Cons:

If the bathroom can be clean in a better way it would help. Since it is highland near equator, hence the humidity can be a bit high which will produce the unpleasant smell

Fast checkin. Less than 10minute. Very acommodating and frendly staff. Very comfortable room and superb view of rice field. Nice local cullture show during breakfast on 1st day of our stay
