Pros:

They have asked extra deposit and returned at the end.

They have give basic cleaning (soap ,shapoon ,towel ) just one time for extra they asked extra charge.

Parking good place.

Pros:

It’s a less than average property. Furniture is in poor condition, beddings are terrible , very noisy , neighbors kept fighting , leaking Roof in the bathroom that was not fixed , u smell whatever anyone is cooking in the neighboring units and the shops below, pictures posted are deceiving .

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
Pros:

This hotel/apartment is most terrible place in Dubai,it needs to get shut down,I would honestly advise everyone NOT to book this!!!
Apartment is filthy has mould smell showers are leaking,bedsheets had stains Staff don't care or help!!!!
I have been visiting Dubai for the last 25years and i visit at least 3-4 times a year I've never come across such filthy place!!!!

Pros:

There wasn’t a lot to like TBH. Apart from the pool being under construction, and a pool was the primary reason I chose this hotel, there was a leak in the tap in the bathroom that sprayed all over your legs when you used it, the kitchenette was severely under resourced- not even bowls were included. The bed was lumpy, hard and uncomfortable and to top it off they tried to make me pay for a stain on one of the towels I used. I refused to pay based on my complaints above.
