Simpel maar heel goed en hele fijne mensen
Pros:

Het hotel is zeer schoon en op een goede locatie. De mensen die er werken zijn heel lief en behulpzaam. Zeker dé aanrader wie in Vang Vieng op zoek is naar een hotel. Het zwembad is ook heerlijk

Excelente desayuno y el persona extremadamente amable

Realmente una amabilidad y calidez en la persona que esta en recepción. Me ayudó a hacer tour, a comprar el pasaje del tren y tambien el traslado hacia la estación. Muy cómoda las camas y la piscina con vista a la montaña. El desayuno 100 de 10 excelente mucha variedad de frutas y te preparan ahi mismo todo. Volvería sin dudA

El personal fue siempre muy amable y el desayuno incluido era excelente, sin duda uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel.

Sin embargo, mi experiencia quedó muy empañada por el servicio de limpieza. Durante cuatro días no se hizo la habitación: no cambiaron las sábanas, no vaciaron la papelera y no repusieron el agua. Entiendo que esto puede ocurrir ocasionalmente, pero no durante varios días seguidos en un hotel.

Por ese motivo, aunque agradezco la amabilidad del personal y la calidad del desayuno, considero que el servicio recibido no estuvo a la altura de lo que se espera de un hotel y espero que puedan mejorar este aspecto para futuros huéspedes.
