Very beautiful hotel,large room and clean.The staff was extremely helpful,they booked Amazing hot air balloon,tipsy tubing and minivan.I forgot the sunglasses at hotel.They found it and brought them to minivan for me.I had a great time my holiday and would love recommend to everyone.

The owners and the staff are very friendly, the hotel is very central and the rooms were clean. We were lucky and had a room with a window!

Cons:

Unfortunately the wifi didn’t work for us in the room. It did work though in the lobby so it probably depends on which room you are staying in. It would have been nice to get some water bottles (which I got at every other hotel in SEA so far) and some shampoo to wash your hair. (We just had one soap).
