Great, friendly staff. Great location and very nice room.

Pros:

The location is excellent right in the middle of town next to Osaka Train station with extensive facilities such as essential transit services to high-end shopping and dining. From where we have access to major attractions in the town. The room was small with a window but no view.

Cons:

Small room, no outside view little suffocating. Confusing elevators for the hotel access.

とても快適でしたから、また利用したいです
Pros:

とにかく駅近で立地がとても良く、ロケーションも最高でした
チェックイン/アウトもスタッフさんが親切で荷物預かりも快く対応も早かったです。
朝食バイキングはどの食べ物も美味しかったです

Cons:

良くないことは特段ありませんが、ベッド周りにコンセントがなかったのが少々不便でした
