Pros:

If the room had been priced same as when booked it would have been good. The raising of the price more than 100% at check in appears to be a common trick being used by many hotels in Mahapalpur,Delhi area using booking.com as well as lies about the actual location. Staff give pathetic ridiculous excuses for the trickery..

The hotel reception was not good because they took charges for 3 day's which has been showed in the app but they modified and updated it by themselves and took the chrge for 2 day's and said i hve to pay for the third day also then i checked out on the 2nd day itself and i didn't pay them extra they did thse behavior with 2/3 more customers as what i saw so it was a worst experience

Cons:

It was a horrible place. We reserved a family room with 2 years younh child but they gave us without window room as well as it was im disaster condition. There were lots of mosquitoes and smell inside the room. It was very hard to stay in the hotel. They considered it as 4 star hotel and all the photos were fake they listed on booking. Don’t trust these all hotels.
