I come 3:20pm still cleaning progress. Parking area no cover and no responsibility if anything happens. Everything is bad... I cancelled but only get half amount

Pros:

Location- very close to Mydin Meru and Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah. Complete facilities- including swimming pool, kids play ground. Many access cards given. 2 parking lot FOC. 3 bedrooms

The stay was nice but the check in need to improve.
Pros:

The location is nice and the propert itself was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I was unable to check in on time due to the owner ask me to wait until 7pm. I was dissapointed as i travel from far.

Pros:

Condo is reasonably priced. Comfortable.

Cons:

Check in procedure is a nightmare, wasted almost 3 hours. Very slow in response and cannot ring anyone to get help. The water doesn't drain well in the bathroom of the master bedroom. Frustrating experience. Would not recommend it.
