מיקום מושלם ומלון ברמה הכי גבוהה שהייתי, אבל יותר מזה- שירלי מנהלת המלון והצוות האדיב שלה דאגו לנו כל שנייה בשהות שלנו, קיבלנו פינוקים בשפע, יחס חם וברמה הכי גבוהה שיש, חצי שעה מהרגע שהזמנו את המלון שירלי כבר יצרה איתי קשר בנייד האישי ודאגה לפנק אותנו ברמה הכי גבוהה בחינם לכבוד היום הולדת- פירות ויין חיכו לנו בחדר וזה היה תענוג! שירלי גם הייתה איתי בתקשורת בווצאפ האישי ודאגה לי לכל דבר שביקשתי! הארוחת בוקר הייתה משוקעת ומפנקת,] החדרים ברמה הכי גבוהה שראיתי וכל היחס של הצוות היה פשוט מדהים.
ממש ממש ממליצה- בהחלט נחזור לשם.

Exceptionnel séjour tout en repos et bien être

Le personnel n’est pas agréable mais bel hôtel
Pros:

La situation est très bonne au bord de la plage et les piscines sont magnifiques

Cons:

L’accueil déplorable lors du Check in: pas un sourire, pas une explication sur l’hôtel juste le paiement et c’est tout !

טיפולים מפנקים, בטרקלין נשנושים מגניבים .

מכה של זבובים בבריכה למעלה פשוט לא היה נעים לשבת
וגם אנשים שמתגנבים לספא מהמלון הסמוך .לא נשאר מקום מקום לאורחי המלון ,עושים שכונה ומתנחלים שעות ואין ביטחון שמורגש במלון למקרים כאלו וחבל ..

A Relaxing Stay with Outstanding Personal Attention
Pros:

SThe staff went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs, from my vegan diet to my wife’s pregnancy. The level of personal care was outstanding. Special thanks to Shirley, Katya, and everyone else who looked after us so warmly.
The executive room had a large balcony with stunning views, and we really enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. A truly relaxing and thoughtful stay.
