Pros:

Price & location

Cons:

1. Aircond not cold, need to service.
2. Floor dusty, a lot of hair found on the floor
3. The plug point inside the bathroom was damaged, very unsafe condition.
4. The bathroom wall was not clean properly and mouldy.

Pleasant but can be better

Cons:

Many things in the room are not functioning well, a few switches are not functioning. There are 2 side table lamps but one of the lamps has no light bulb and a few ceiling lights are not functional too. The entrance door is not well maintained. The bed linen has a few stains. Other than that the water heater and aircon are working well. The staffs in the building were very friendly to help out with directions to the unit.

Room is cozy, location very strategic, sufficient facilites. Just the airconditioner must be maintain .

Cons:

En fait, c est un espace privé dans l hôtel. Il faut comprendre qu à l arrivée il faut appeler le propriétaire ( en anglais) . La réception de l hôtel, en principe, ne vous aide pas.

Pros:

I like this hotel because near in town, like easy to go dataran pahlawan, menara taming sari and also bandar hilir.

Cons:

A lot mast repair back, toilet, plug & etc….

Was not up to the standard. We have stayed at the same premises many times before.

Room was not as showed in the picture before booking. The floor was sticky. Fridge was not cold. Overall, it was not up to the hotel standard. No complimentary parking.

Overall, good.
Cons:

Floor is a bit sticky, maybe because of the mop detergent. Maybe can consider to change the detergent or at least should mop back the floor again with water after mopping with detergent
