Pros:

スタッフの方々の接客がとても丁寧で優しい。食事もリーズナブルで美味しかった。ベッドは最初は固く感じたが、寝てみたらとてもちょうど良かった！

Cons:

思いきってバスタブなくして広いシャワールームにするのも有りかなぁと思いました。

木戸駅には何もありません。
Pros:

朝食が５：００から利用可能でしたので、早朝出発でも十分間に合いました。大抵6：00からのところが多い中、助かります。
冬の利用でしたが、建物も暖房されており、かなり暖かかったです。

Cons:

ユニットバスが、もう少し大きいといいですね。

シンプル
Cons:

喫煙室しか空いてなくて喫煙室にチェックインしました。部屋は禁煙室に近い状態でニオイはなかったですが、他の部屋でドアを半開きされている方がいて廊下が少しタバコ臭かったです。

ふつうです。
Pros:

朝食は8時00分クローズ、早すぎ。
連泊した最初の朝は8時過ぎでもレストランに入り食事している方がおられたので
2泊目の朝８時少し前にレストランに向かうとクローズ…は？おかしくないですか？

お電話対応の件
スタッフによって対応が違い、気持ちよくお話できた方は問題なく感謝ですが、めんどくさそうに語気を強めに話される方、気持ちが萎えてしまいました…。
