Pros:

After the caretaker handed the keys, she was gone and did not see her anymore. Unprofessional care taker.

Nice beds, good internet, didn’t flood on the 4th floor, communication is okay

Cons:

The cooking facilities are Abysmal tripping the power if plugged in is dangerous same with the washing machine, The tv is small and don’t always work, the AC units can be cold or like a fan ant the owner has fixed them at low settings

Definitely do not have the breakfast option it’s delivered as and when but suitable for 2 days for 1 person and there was 2 of us.

The gym is extremely small, pool is good and in small walking distance to another block.

Appartment 413 one to avoid

The appartment 413 is run down. Curtain down on first night . Fixed next morning then down again by evening. Nothing works properly in kitchen. Furniture old and worn out. Most held together with clingfilm ir similar. We left after 1st night and paid for alternative accomodation for our last 2 nights. Accomodation should not be on Booking com

It was great. Just clean well to avoid cockroaches. And we wish there's a microwave oven.
Pros:

The owner and caretaker are kind. Easy access. Has swimming pool. AC is doing well and other amenities inside the condo. It was great really. I recommend this place. And would avail again the next time ☺ thank you!
