Pros:

Le pire hôtel que j’ai vu.C’est un immense chantier avec des gravats, de la poussière de partout , de fils électriques qui pendent ou qui sont au sol. Je me demande comment on peut les laisser exploiter l’hôtel dans ces conditions.On est allé dans la chambre et après concertation on a décidé de partir et d’aller dans un autre hôtel

Le confort et l'emplacement : au coeur de la ville, très proche du Palais des papes, la rénovation des chambres est agréable, et les employés très aimables

We wish we had more days at the hotel and will be back again.
Pros:

Excellent location for exploring Avignon. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Clean and comfortable breakfast.

Cons:

For those not familiar with the controlling mechanism of the particular type of shower head it would be really useful if the staff could show visitors how it operates.
