Great little hotel for a short stay in old city of Avignon close to everything.
Pros:

Location, age and historic location, renovated, cosy, convenient to old city attractions.

Cons:

Access was difficult, all in one shampoo, soap and conditioner.

Séjour très agréable dans un lieu bien situé en plein centre d'Avignon. A découvrir
Pros:

L'emplacement à 5 mns du Palais des Papes et du centre ville. Le calme car l'hôtel est situé dans une petite rue quasiment sans passage de voiture. Le lieu historique entièrement refait avec modernité et clarté. Les chambres (206) sont très bien équipées et parfaitement insonorisées et la literie est parfaite. Le personnel de jour et de nuit est très accueillant et disponible. Il y a un ascenseur tout neuf qui va à tous les étages.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est vraiment minimaliste en terme d'offre. Attention il se prend entre 7H00 et 10H00 la matin mais en arrivant à 9H00, il n'y a quasiment plus rien !!! c'est une lacune importante par rapport à d'autres hôtels de la catégorie dans lesquels je suis allé à plusieurs reprises.

Si on doit revenir a Avignon on reviendra à cet hotel.
Pros:

Le personnel très serviable, la chambre confortable et l'emplacement idéal pour trouver un bon restau et pour visiter les monuments d'Avignon

Cons:

L'hotel était en travaux.. mais bon c'est un peu normal de profiter du hors saison pour faire les travaux.
Le pommeau de douche ne tenait pas sur son support.
Les viennoiseries pour le petit déjeuné n'étaient pas terribles, mais la aussi c'est peut-être lié au fait que l'on était hors saison et que l'hotel était quasiement vide.

Fantastic place, can't recommend enough!!!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. The room seemed to be freshly done, very chic and extremely comfortable, amazing value for money. Everything was clean and the location was absolutely perfect. My partner and I found nothing wrong with the stay, it was superb, can't recommend enough!!!

Nothing, everything was excellent.

Beautiful view.
Pros:

Cozy hotel in an excellent location on a charming small street and with a great view of the Palais des Papes (from some rooms). Windows that can be opened, something very important (and that should be specified by Booking.com) and good reading light.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could have some more greens (cucumber, tomatoes etc.) and a better selection of fruit. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so some parts (like the stairs) were messy, but other than that, the work did not disturb the stay.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione comodissima, pulito e Benjamin ci accolto calorosamente dandoci i consigli giusti. Se dovessi tornare ad Avignone questo è l'albergo che sceglierei. La camera molto bella e i letti comodissimi.
