Excellent location, easy access to metro stations, walking distance to many points of interest. Friendly host and very welcoming, helpful front desk staff, comfortable bed, easy access to laundry and other facilities in building.

Cons:

Noisy and often late-night ongoing construction in building across the street. Unit is a bit worn and could use a deep clean/refresh, broken but still usable fan. No microwave.

Pros:

Que contaba con un cargador universal y las camas eran cómodas.

Cons:

El precio muy alto para lo que ofrecían, no habían utensilios de cocina y si habían estaban en mal estado, prácticamente no se podía cocinar y había un olor no agradable.

Pros:

Es muy cómodo, limpio y bonito, muy bien ubicado, y responden rápidamente a cualquier pregunta. Tenía una televisión en cada habitación.

Cons:

Las televisiones de las habitaciones no tenían cable, pero al buscar existía una aplicación que permitía ver películas y series, sería bueno que cada televisor tuviese acceso al cable.

Acogedora
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo. Departamento cómodo, cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía completa, acogedor y limpio. El anfitrión respondió enseguida. Además el edificio es súper seguro ya que cuenta con recepción en el primer piso.

Great option close to historic center
Pros:

Secure building, helpful and accommodating host, close to pedestrian street that leads to historic center. Comfortable beds. Great set-up for families on a budget.

Cons:

There is only A/C in the living room kitchen which was mostly fine for us as it was only hot in the late afternoon. The bathtub was slippery- just be careful. No shampoo provided.
