五樓的景觀房
1. 第一次和飯店櫃檯預約早上5:00的計程車要去市區的熱氣球集合點，櫃檯人員預約成5:30，讓我們差點錯過熱氣球的集合時間；第二次要去機場，一樣和飯店櫃檯預約早上5:00的車，並且因為有四個行李箱，所以是預約較貴的大型車，但司機遲到半小時，5:30才抵達飯店門口，飯店櫃檯人員處理的態度相當消極，最後我們與飯店經理經理聯繫，希望能針對這件事情提供相應的補償，很明顯飯店經理也沒有想要處理這件事情，處理態度非常消極且將責任推託至租車公司。
2. 為了山景才選擇該飯店住五個晚上，在七個月前就已經預訂，並強調希望能安排好的景觀房，但讓我們失望的是竟然只安排在3樓，反應希望能安排5樓，卻被剛進來的員工無情拒絕！兩天後我們再找另一個員工反應才被安排至5樓。
3. 捲筒衛生紙給的非常小卷，只有正常尺寸的三分之一；兩個女生用只能撐半天就用罄，因為紙質非常差，非常不耐用！
Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal in einem schönen Hotel. Bei gutem Wetter hat man eine ganz fantastische Sicht auf die Berge vom Zimmer aus. Wir waren von diesem Ausblick so begeistert, dass wir das Abendessen auf's Zimmer bestellt haben.

I loved how comfortable it was; it had such beautiful views and the facilities were great. The staff were so helpful and welcoming.

The hotel's view is outstanding, which we consider its greatest asset. We appreciated the atmosphere and amenities of our room, and the standards of hygiene and cleanliness were exemplary. Additionally, the staff demonstrated exceptional politeness and humility, ensuring that guests were well taken care of.
The management of the breakfast area could be improved, especially during busy periods when it tends to get crowded. In this context, the restaurant staff would benefit significantly from professional training to better manage such situations. Additionally, while the outdoor swimming pool offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the Himalayan views, providing clear guidelines for its use would be advantageous. Observing guests entering the pool in casual and traditional attire raised concerns about hygiene and quality of the pool water.

Zimmer roch so sehr nach Chemie, dass wir Kopfschmerzen bekamen und daher vorzeitig abgereist sind. Fleckige Bettwäsche, Einrichtung sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Keinesfalls so wie beschrieben, muffig und alt. Die Dame an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich. Lage total abseits, auf Auto angewiesen.Taxiruf laut Rezeption nicht möglich, mussten Buchung über Reisebüro akzeptieren zum 3-fachen Preis!!!. Frühstück einfach, Kaffeemaschine kaputt, daher nur einfachen Kaffee. Wer wirklich schönes Ambiente, exzellenten Service und eine tolle Aussicht sucht, ist im Sarangkot Mountain Lodge viel besser aufgehoben
The view is really beautiful specially from the rooftop, if not covered by clouds you can even see one of the himalayan range peak. The restaurant server Muskan was very good!
We felt like we were only paying for the view. The room was standard like any hotel but they only provided two bottles, additional would be paid. Instead of a tissue box in the room there was only one small travel tissue pack. Felt kindof cheap, when paying so much for a hotel you would not expect this, specially when we stayed at hotels for 1/5th of the price and even they provided water and tissues. Food was not good, we had the thukpa and this was the only place in nepal that did not make it well.
