Perfect retreat to relax among the mountains...best for couples.
Pros:

Views of mountain from the hotel were breathtaking though there were clouds due to monsoon times. Staff were helpful and very nice. Our room was upgraded and had a small balcony which added to our joy of stay. Wonderful breakfast and room service fine.

Cons:

Not much activities at hotel and no nearby shopping options. City shuttles available at fixed times which seemed lesser in frequency. Also hotel car pick-up at airport delayed due to communications issue. Mountain facing rooms are in separate building as compared to forest facing rooms. So families who want to stay close-by need to book similar facing rooms.

Good stay, great views.
Pros:

Beautiful view of the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre peaks! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is quite far out and the shuttles only run at 11 AM and 5 PM. 11 AM is a bit late if you're an early bird, and getting a cab at any other time costs a whopping 1500 NPR.

Had a perfect relaxing few days, enjoyed the pool and hillside views, limited Mountain View’s but still beautiful⛰️

Cons:

Monkeys on the roof on the last morning at 5am 🤣 otherwise everything else was lovely (and was nice to see the monkeys once id figured what the noise was

Самый лучший отель, в котором мне довелось побывать. Мы отмечали мой день рождения, нам утром еще и торт приготовили и свечки задула. Персонал всегда ответит на любые вопросы. Обслуживание на высоте. А какие из отеля открываются виды - великолепно. СПАСИБО!!! Вы сделали мой день рождения незабываемым.

The view!

Cons:

The food service was slow and the staff, although courteous, were not well trained. They served soup with bread and the bread fell on the floor. Not replaced. When coffee or tea was served, there would be coffee / tea on the pitcher. The staff are nice and simple-minded - I just don’t think they were trained to give better service. The food was ok.
