I would go back to stay again!
Pros:

Excellent service, great views and very clean. My room was very comfortable. Unfortunately I fell very ill in the night and the next morning I was due to check out but the hotel manager and staff were very caring and kind. They insisted I stayed and rested, sent up some fluids and relevant hydration meds. They did not rush me or make me feel awkward. They did not charge me anything extra and helped arrange transport to my next destination.

Best views of the mountains!
Pros:

The views are incredible - from our room and from the Earth Lounge on the 6th floor. Getting up for sunrise to see the mountains unveiled will be a memory that lasts a lifetime. The swimming pool was super refreshing, the food and service in the breakfast was great too!

Cons:

It lacked the atmosphere of some of the smaller, less chain like hotels we stayed it in Nepal but the views more than made up for it!

Not all taxi drivers like going up the hill. We used the InDrive app to get there and back from Pokhara - expect to pay 800 rupees each way, not what the app recommends as a fee.

Perfect stay with the Himalayan Front by KGH
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, with an amazing view of Annapurna. We felt very lucky because, during our stay, the mountains were visible. The tour guide and hotel staff told us that the view had been covered by clouds for the past 10 days. From our first morning until our third day, the mountains looked absolutely beautiful.

Carol at the front desk and the other staff member were very attentive and helpful. All the hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service.

We loved our stay and will recommend this hotel to our friends. The hotel also has a perfect viewing spot on the sixth level for sunrise and sunset, so there is no need to go to Poon Hill if you want a great sunrise view.

Lovely hotel with an amazing view of the mountains run by very friendly staff

Great size rooms that are very clean view a fantastic view of the mountains (subject to clouds!) very friendly staff and nice restaurant. Infinity pool is great for social media posts!! Hotel / restaurant manager does a great job👏

If I come Nepal again then I will come to Pokhara and stay at Himalayan Front Hotel.
Pros:

From our room we could see the Himalayan range clearly. Variety of breakfast item should be more.

Cons:

Jakuzi was not effective. if possible Pool water temperature can be controle.

1. 第一次和飯店櫃檯預約早上5:00的計程車要去市區的熱氣球集合點，櫃檯人員預約成5:30，讓我們差點錯過熱氣球的集合時間；第二次要去機場，一樣和飯店櫃檯預約早上5:00的車，並且因為有四個行李箱，所以是預約較貴的大型車，但司機遲到半小時，5:30才抵達飯店門口，飯店櫃檯人員處理的態度相當消極，最後我們與飯店經理經理聯繫，希望能針對這件事情提供相應的補償，很明顯飯店經理也沒有想要處理這件事情，處理態度非常消極且將責任推託至租車公司。
2. 為了山景才選擇該飯店住五個晚上，在七個月前就已經預訂，並強調希望能安排好的景觀房，但讓我們失望的是竟然只安排在3樓，反應希望能安排5樓，卻被剛進來的員工無情拒絕！兩天後我們再找另一個員工反應才被安排至5樓。
3. 捲筒衛生紙給的非常小卷，只有正常尺寸的三分之一；兩個女生用只能撐半天就用罄，因為紙質非常差，非常不耐用！

Traumhafte Aussicht
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal in einem schönen Hotel. Bei gutem Wetter hat man eine ganz fantastische Sicht auf die Berge vom Zimmer aus. Wir waren von diesem Ausblick so begeistert, dass wir das Abendessen auf's Zimmer bestellt haben.
