Mooi hotel maar de receptie was uiterst teleurstellend.
Cons:

Had de receptie een e-mail verzonden met een, voor mij heel erg belangrijke, verzoek. Hier is geen enkel gehoor aan gegeven. Aangezien mijn broertje kwetsbaar is en hulp nodig had, had ik een paar dagen van te voren een mail verzonden met tekst en uitleg en een verzoek. Helaas geen enkel gehoor. Een hotel mag wel mooi en luxe zijn, maar het personeel maakt hier echt het verschil. Ik had meer service verwacht dan een ieder ander hotel in de buurt. Ik heb voor de 3e keer hier geboekt, maar dit was voor mij de laatste keer.

I’d love to go back again.
Pros:

I love the garden with Naga statue. Very quiet environment and nice to sit outside.

Cons:

It would be nice if they have some more space for spa. I wanted to try but they are fully booked when I wanted but space looks small.

Pros:

Location is good. Right next to Thamel. The room had a comfy bed and a clean bathroom. The gardens are very beautiful too.

Cons:

No noise isolation in the doors. All the noise from the hallway could be heard from the room.

Cons:

The breakfast i needed to ask for things like fruits ect the buffet is very small portion there for you to serve i was embarrassed because there were people behind me and it was only enough for 1 person I found that really embarrassing

喧騒から離れたリゾートホテルのような滞在
Pros:

朝食の種類が豊富で美味しかったし、中庭を望むロケーションも良かった。
また、スタッフが皆さん親切で、車の手配なども快く応じてくれた。

Great hotel after EBC trek. Clean, modern. Near Thamel but quiet and relaxing.
Pros:

After a long hike to EBC, I was looking for a clean and modern hotel, Thrive had that. It was also in a central location close to Thamel, but it was quiet inside and I loved their garden courtyard. Also, the price of the dinner/lunch menu is very affordable. Staff was efficient and it was easy and affordable to avail of late check out since our flight was still at 11pm.
