Breakfast had a nice selection of different foods, rooms are clean and bright.
Having to pay extra (7 euro) for poached eggs. Having to pay 20 euro to use the pool. In the bedroom, the shower was almost in the middle of the room! We went next door to the Bergman as friends were staying there and it is far superior

Erg mooie lokatie van het hotel. Jammer dat je 20 euro pp extra voor het zwembad moest betalen als hotel gast hoort er bij in te zitten.
Om in het restaurant te eten was ook erg duur.

I would rate the hotel and our stay five stars, the reason I am giving just four is the spa. The spa itself is very nice, but I booked this hotel specifically for the spa they have. We stayed 5 nights, however we were able to use the spa only for 2 days, as for the rest of our stay, it was booked between 17-19 for a big group staying at the hotel. This time slot is the time you want to go because you ski until 16.30 and the spa closes at 20.00.
Moreover the entrance is 20 euros per 2 hours, when we asked if we could go between 19-20 for 10 euros it was a NO. The spa is not managed by the hotel, the hotel manager tried to arrange access for us but was not successful, the guy at the spa reception was not flexible at all and was rude and arrogant.

Amazing location! You can park your car and forget about it for days. The ski-in/ski-out access is incredibly convenient. Great quality hotel with excellent services. Highly recommended!
Breakfast options could be better, like offering different types of eggs. It’s also disappointing that the spa requires an extra payment, especially since it’s a simple facility. Including it in the price would be more reasonable.
