bir iki gece için güzel, daha uzun sürede dar gelir.
Pros:

Otel cok guzel ve temiz. Odaların pencereleri cok ışık almiyor, hepsi bu.
Kahvaltı cok güzel. Personel genelde iyi.

Cons:

taksi otelin onunde duramıyor. 2-3 dak yürümeniz gerek.

The location was good and the hotel was clean and OK - nothing fancy but not too old and shabby, which was good

Cons:

We had to switch rooms 3 times during the stay… in the first room the heating did not work and we ended up having 12 degrees (celsius) in our room during the night. It was freezing cold. In the next room the fridge did not work, and the shower did not work so you only got extremely hot water and could not shower. Then we got a third room on the 3 floor which was OK, however they don’t really have any proper heating in the bathrooms which make they very cold and the towels etc don’t really dry properly, which is not the best experience (you don’t want to be cold in a bathroom). The breakfast was unfortunately quite poor and not to our liking, so we ended up eating out instead. As a summary, the location is good and the hotel rooms were OK and bed comfortable, and I have to say the staff did their best to fix our issues and switch our rooms, so they were great, and I do not blame them. However the hotel has some flaws that they should fix in order to make the stay better. Price was however not too bad.

Cons:

К сожалению, завтраки по сравнению с зимой изменились не в лучшую сторону. Растворимый кофе на завтрак - это очень плохо. Нет разнообразия хлеба, только самый дешевый батон. Также в номере 206 шумит вентиляция.

I had stayed over 10 times in this hotel, been my go to. My recent visit I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and truly can’t thank the team enough for their kindness and professionalism. Upon arrival, they generously offered me a free upgrade to a balcony room, which immediately made my stay feel special and welcoming.

Unfortunately, during my vacation I had to fly back urgently due to a family emergency. The way the hotel handled this situation says everything about their values. They were incredibly understanding, supportive, and went above and beyond by refunding the remaining unused days without hesitation.

This level of empathy and customer care is rare and deeply appreciated. It’s not just a place to stay, but a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests. I will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service and human touch.
