My friend and I were moved between rooms several times during our stay. The reception staff were completely unhelpful and seemed unable to sort out any of our reservations.
One particular receptionist (Male) was incredibly rude. Late at night, he refused to give us a blanket because, as it turned out, our room had supposedly not been paid for. This was the first time we had heard about any payment issue, even though we had passed the reception desk several times throughout the day. Instead of informing us or trying to resolve the situation, he acted annoyed and treated us as though we had done something wrong.
We also received several silent phone calls in our room between 3 and 4 a.m. When we went downstairs to report this, the receptionist said he could not do anything and that any guest in the hotel was able to call our room. He showed no concern and made no attempt to investigate or stop the calls. In the end, we had to unplug the phone ourselves.
There was no running water in the hotel. A reasonable hotel would have arranged some kind of temporary solution, such as water tanks, large containers, or bottled water. Instead, the receptionist told us that the two of us could have only one 0.5-litre bottle of water.
To make matters worse, the third room I was moved to had a hole where the door lock was supposed to be. This was not simply uncomfortableit was a serious safety concern.

We were moved to three different rooms during our stay, which was very inconvenient.
One of the reception staff members was extremely rude. Late at night, he refused to provide us with a blanket because, as it turned out, there was an unpaid charge on our booking. However, despite seeing us several times throughout the day, he never mentioned this issue until the middle of the night.
We also received several anonymous phone calls to our room between 3 and 4 a.m. The caller remained silent each time. The calls only stopped after we unplugged the room phone.
The water supply was interrupted due to road works in the area, which was clearly beyond the hotel’s control. However, we were disappointed by how the situation was handled.
A hotel of this standard should have had an emergency solution in place, such as providing guests with water from storage tanks or at least sufficient bottled water. Instead, the reception staff told us that two guests were only entitled to a single 0.5-liter bottle of water. We felt that the hotel made very little effort to minimize the inconvenience caused by the outage or to provide an acceptable level of service during the disruption.

The blankets had noticeable yellow stains, which was unacceptable. The bathroom had not been properly cleaned after renovation work, and the construction dust and dirt were only removed after we requested housekeeping.
Overall, our experience was far from pleasant. That said, we would like to thank Diana and Stella, who genuinely did everything they could to help and made every effort within their authority to improve the situation.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig und entsprach keineswegs dem Standard, den man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwarten darf. Das Highlight waren die leeren Wasserflaschen unter dem Bett (siehe Foto).

Location was great. Clean room and staff were very nice.
It was quite dark in the room at night. Better lights are needed. There was a strong sewerage smell at reception area every day.
