The location is great, close to the center
There was noise from the room in front of mine, when I call the reception they said they’ll leave soon, but until 2am in the morning the noise was unbearable. Next day I kindly as them how we can solve the problem, they said is not their fault and I should wait to see how that night goes. They didn’t provide any solution.
The property is good, but definitely not a 4 stars hotel as listed in booking, the only amenity is a small room for the breakfast. Which is ok but you have to pay extra if you want cappuccino.
The emergency stairs were used as storage room, which is not safe at all.

Almost no WiFi in the room, it was disconnected every minute and if you want to lay in the bed and use internet, it’s impossible

Very random time of the cleaning (one day she came at 12, another day I was waiting until 4 pm to have new towels), then she forgot to put a shower gel and we had do wait until the next day to have it
